All I can say is “Wow”! RestorePro certainly out did themselves. We had a sudden outbreak of mold that we thought would take days or a team of 2 or more staff to clean. And we needed it cleaned asap! Cam arrived within 24 hours and completed the work in less than 2 hours. He was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Mitchell did all the arrangements and met all our expectations! I wanted to take a moment, and acknowledge Woody and the incredible kindness he has shown us. Woody was nearby when we had our house fire. He showed up that day, but not the way you would expect. My first interaction with him was receiving condolences on the fire, and then asking what we needed. It was mid day, and he realized we needed something to eat for lunch. He rushed out and picked up a meal for us, even as the fire department was still working. He came to help how he could. We have since contracted with RestorePro to do our rebuild, but it's based on employees who understand the tough situations and are there to help, in good faith.

I waited a full year to write this review because I wanted to see how everything worked out and more importantly, I wanted to see if Restore Pro would truly stand behind their work after the job was complete. A year ago, we had an electrical fire that started in our garage and caused significant damage there, along with extensive smoke damage throughout the house. The very next morning, we woke up to restoration companies calling and leaving flyers on our door. We were stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly didn’t know where to start. Based on a referral from a friend, we decided to go with Restore Pro.I reached out and was put in touch with Jamie. He came out that same day and got everything moving so the estimates and restoration process could begin. Unfortunately, that’s where things started to go south. (Read to the end) We were assigned a project manager who was extremely difficult to deal with, and the quality of some of the work was simply not what we expected. At that point, we were frustrated and just wanted to get back into our home. We decided to deal with it and figured I would fix the things I wasn’t happy with myself once we moved back in. Little did I know that our project manager was actually leaving the restoration business altogether. I only mention this because every company is going to have employees who aren’t the right fit or whose heart simply isn’t in the job. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. And this is where Restore Pro really impressed me. After hearing that our project manager was leaving, I reached back out to Jamie and, to be honest, unloaded all of my frustrations. Jamie immediately came over with Matt, and Matt and Jamie stepped up and took ownership of our project. They went above and beyond to make things right. They fixed issues that I had been unhappy with but had honestly figured I could live with. They never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking for too much. They just kept saying, “We want you to be happy with what we do.”That meant a lot. I cannot say enough good things about Restore Pro and the way Jamie and Matt handled everything. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of needing restoration work. In fact, I already referred them to a friend who had a tree fall on his house.And the biggest reason I waited a it year to write this review is because I wanted to see if they really stood behind their final product. A year later, I called them about a minor issue, and Matt jumped right on it and got it fixed without hesitation.That says a lot about a company. Thank you again to Jamie, Matt, and everyone at Restore Pro for everything you did for our family. Unfortunately, restoration work usually comes from a very stressful and unexpected situation. Having people you can trust who genuinely care about making things right is one less thing you have to worry about. If you ever need restoration work, I highly recommend Restore Pro. Ask for Jamie or Matt you won’t regret it.

Sylvester and Cam came out to investigate where we had a pipe leak to be sure that water was dried up correctly and any mold issues seen was quickly taken care of. They followed through with their job to return back for the drying machines. Cleaned up after themselves. Were professional and kind.

I had a Water leakage in my attic to living room and crawlspace, the team members from Restorepro promptly take action in leadership of Ms Ashley, and team members Mr Zavori and Mr Francisco did the fantastic job and remove the water and dry out place nicely.. keep up good work….

Always a pleasure working with RestorePro! We had Cam come out today to take some readings for us and he was fantastic. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made everything a breeze for us!

From my first call they were very professional and I spoke with Antonio and then over the next few days Leo handled my account. They sent a team within an hour and 25 minutes and I know this because Ragin who you see also in the picture called me to let me know here ETA. Over the next few days I've watched Ragin, , Mario and Juan mitigate my bathroom flood damages which affected the whole downstairs and HVAC. They always showed up when they said they would they put in all the right equipment. They did all the right mitigation. They took extreme care with the contents of my home and really went above and beyond to be incredibly professional and great at their work. They did all of this work under the house in the summer. Heat of North Carolina did not complain once in fact one day they showed up just before 9 AM. Only took a half hour lunch and didn't leave till past 6 o'clock in the evening to make sure the work was done to rip up all the hardwood floor floors. When you're under a stressful situation, it's nice to have smiling friendly people to help you through it and keep the situation calm. Very grateful and as you can tell by this post, I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Comment: Had a house fire on Feb 7 2026 jeff gordon came out talked to me he eas very reassuring was a tremendous help all the way thru him.and Kennedy Beck were amazing they done a wonderful job and finished it almost 2 months ahead of time would highly recommend this business they are super!!

We called RestorePro to help with remediation after a flood in our kitchen. They responsed quickly, were very thorough and efficient in taking care of the problem. Ashley was wonderful in overseeing the project and the guys that came out to do the work were superb. Highly recommend.
