The siding on one side of my home was damaged by fire. Restore Pro work with my insurance company and got the siding replaced on my entire house. They did an excellent job and it looks GREAT!! Thanks!!

Our LR ceiling fell in on a cold Sunday morning. My insurance company gave me the name of a national chain and RestorePro. The national chain called first, but said since it was still raining there was nothing to do until Monday and he would call back then. Then RestorePro called and, within 90 minutes, there were about ten men at my house placing fans and dehumidifiers and covering my roof with a tarp. My insurance claim adjuster referred me to RestorePro after the initial company that I choose to help me couldn’t meet me timeline. I had a bathroom shower leak that was leaking through the tiles that affected the lower level bathroom. When the tiles were lifted up to assess the damages, the results were really bad as part of my subfloor was rotted. I was really stressed about this happening since I recently just purchased my home. When I contacted RestorePro I spoke with Summer and she was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She sent Jamie out who assessed the damages. He went over the repairs that would be needed and wrote up a quote for me on the same day. After assessing the damages, a quote and a timeline was giving to me. I agreed to everything as it was reasonable and very fair. I was then assigned Phillip Love as my project Manager. Philip was the best project manager that I could ever ask for. He really helped my wife and I overcome our anxiety with this process. He was very organized, detailed, professional and he always kept in touch with me to keep us updated with the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got back our home to its original condition with no disappointments. Phil was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I was a challenge customer who was particular in my needs. He was so patient with us when we were picking out our new tiles and choosing our new paint color. He was very knowledgeable in his work which helped us make confident decisions. At the end of the project Phil went over all my repairs to confirm that we were happy and satisfied with everything. Overall everyone who I made contact with at RestorePro Reconstruction had great customer service and was very caring to a customer who was stressed.

We had the misfortune of a dishwasher leak which resulted in our entire kitchen, dining room, and kitchen nook flooding. Through our insurance company, USAA, we used this company for the repairs. RestorePro did all the repair work start to finish and we couldn’t be happier. All the workers in and out of our home were so polite, courteous and amazing at their jobs. When my upstairs master bathroom and downstairs living area flooded in April 2019, I interviewed five companies for the water mitigation. When Blake walked in the door, I knew RestorePro was the right company to handle the job. Blake explained the process in a confident and reassuring manner. I knew I was in good hands. From our very first phone call, I knew she was looking out for me. She checked on me daily and was a wonderful support throughout the process. She was also very polite and calm which was comforting during the storm. Everyone should have a Summer to help them through a disaster. I had hiccups with my insurance company that delayed the process for several months. RestorePro never left my side, had my back, and guided me every step of the way. I had a damaged hot water heater that flooded my downstairs in June 2019. Blake and his team came and did the water mitigation which was great! The RestorePro adjuster Christin and my insurance adjuster had some communication issues which seem to drag on longer than expected. This was my first time filing a homeowner ins claim and we have learned some valuable lessons. Andrew is the project manager for the repair work and has done a great job. He sent a schedule for each contractor and the work they were scheduled to do.

From the beginning of reporting our water damage issue, RestorePro was highly recommended by our insurance company Travelers. To start, they worked together to get us the best and most fair insurance estimate for remediation and repairs! RestorePro has been extremely prompt, professional, friendly and has provided excellent service! Communication level has been outstanding and that is very important for a complicated clean up issue like ours. RestorePro really went above and beyond helping to address the mold issues I was having in my house. Joe came out for the initial inspection and was extremely thorough and checked out every issue I asked about no matter how small. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions and give recommendations for how to prevent the mold from returning. He came out immediately after calling and had a team come the next day to perform the cleaning. Jimmy and Chris were absolutely wonderful and cleaned all of the mold beyond what I thought was possible. They even cleaned all of my windows when they were only expected to clean the ones with mold growth. It’s like living in a whole new house, and I can sleep well knowing that my house is safe from mold. The entire team is incredibly nice and a pleasure to work with. The entire Restore Pro Team did a excellent job restoring my house that was flooded by a burst water pipe. Their communication was excellent, with defined "go to" people for questions, the work was timely and completed faster than I anticipated. The work was also well done and the house restored to a near new condition. Would definitely hire them again, but hope to never have to do this again.

Based on a personal recommendation, I had RestorePro come in to do the restoration after a 2nd floor water pipe burst. (the water mitigation company I used, lost their project manager so I needed to look elsewhere). Derrick was the Project Manager and Molli the Client Care Coordinator (business side). Both were great to work with, readily available and responsive to questions or concerns. All the contractors were professional and polite at all times. The work was done on schedule and my house looks great. We had a few minor issues, which I brought up w/ Derrick and he had them taken care of the next day. The main thing I can recommend is to clearly communicate your expectations (be realistic). Derrick & team want the job done to your satisfaction. I have no hesitation recommending RestorePro to others for reconstruction work.
