As a business, owner I was impressed with the professionalism shown by RestorePro Reconstruction. I have lots of experience dealing with companies and I'd say RPR is at the top of my list. Scheduling was easy and quick. Luckily I didn't have anything to worry about and Steve was straight forward about that and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend RPR.

I found Steve to be both knowledgeable and professional. He spoke about the problem in a way easy to understand. He offered advice that was thoughtful. He was so kind, compassionate and a good listener. He warned me about potential pitfalls in a thoughtful way. I would recommend PrestorePro without reservations.

First off, I am generally not a person who leaves a review, good or bad, but in the case of RestorePro I felt I had to leave a review because the service and quality of the of the work was incredible. We experienced a sewer line backup that led to most for our downstairs being ripped out. We started working through our insurance company and they initially recommended a couple of other options to work through but after meeting with them something was a bit off. I reached out to a neighbor, who is a builder, and he recommended calling Luke Wind at RestorePro. From initial contact with Luke it was a completely different experience. He came over, walked through our house and was very straightforward on what needed to be done and the time from we could expect it to be done by. In almost every circumstance, when working with a contractor, they never finish up when they say they will. RestorePro finished on time! And the work was phenomenal. We have some very intricate molding that I thought may be a challenge but wasn’t for the RestorePro crew. My family and I were in the house for most for the restoration and we can’t emphasize what a great crew that RestorePro has working for them. Not only was the quality fantastic, as previously mentioned, but we also felt extremely comfortable with every single member of the team and how detail oriented they were. I highly recommend working with RestorePro. The entire RestorePro team...thank you for all of your efforts.

RestorePro came immediately when we had a water leak and did a great job drying out the house quickly and removing what could not be dried or saved. The mitigation project manager, Blake Matthews and contents manager, Sue Williams, were great to work with. When we had some issues during repairs, our Client Care Coordinator, Joy Bakker, was wonderful and kept us updated and made sure progress got back on track.

RestorePro came the same day we notified them of a water leak on our third floor. They started drying and removing material that coulld not be salvaged immediately. To replace and repair would take 3 weeks, but I never felt more at ease during this time because of the professionalism and customer service that I recieved. Derrick , my Project Manager was always available, checking on the progress, and making sure I was pleased with the work. Three weeks later floor replaced, walls and ceilings repaired and painted,and I'm happy, In a stressful situation I couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with. I will strongly recommend RestorePro.

I recently had a water issue that dropped the ceiling in my dining room. I called RestorePro at the suggestion of my insurance carrier..Almost immediately Mr Don Anderson was at my home which was on a weekend. He did a great job .During reconstruction I dealt with Amanda. She was very responsive to any question and occasionally called for support and to ask if any thing was needed. This was greatly appreciated. Derrick Taylor was in charge of reconstruction. I was amazed on frequent calls to him he always answered on the first ring. He called frequently to keep me informed. He also looked at the smallest detail and made sure it was done correctly . It was a pleasure to work with him and made my negative situation easier. I highly recommend them. Bob S

Derrick was our project manager and he did an awesome job! We had water damage from under the kitchen sink which ruined the hardwood flooring. I particularly liked that Derrick kept in touch with us throughout the process. He would come over to check on the progress and answer our questions. Always helpful and polite and always answered calls and texts. My husband who is picky, is pleased with the professional way RestorePro took care of us.

Horror stories that I have heard about restoration companies made me hesitant to call one. But my experience with RestorePro could not have been better. They did what they promised and when they promised. If I could give them six stars I would!!

RestorePro did a great job restoring our house after our dishwasher leaked and ruined our hard wood floors. They had to pull out the floor and some cabinets to dry things out, then replace the entire downstairs flooring. The job was done professionally and about as fast as can be expected. They damaged some paint during the drying out phase, and painted the entire room to fix the problem. We asked them to do some extra things like replace the kitchen sink and faucet and they were happy to do so. Communication was not a problem. We always knew what was happening and they responded promptly to our questions. They have a good working relationship with our insurance company, which made things go smoothly. Except for living without a kitchen sink for awhile it was a pretty painless process. I would highly recommend RestorePro.

We had a door repair, floor repair and painting done. The overall customer service and management by Michelle was excellent. The appraisal done by Don was very efficient and professional. The work done by Donny and Mark was great. Just had an issue with a vendor, but otherwise the service was high quality and absolutely a 5 star rating. In addition, Michele and Donny really went above and beyond in getting our home safe and secure after the initial damage. This was really important to us, and throughout the repairs they really showed that they cared about our home and safety. That is priceless. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend RestorePro due to their customer service and high quality, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend working with project manager Michelle.

We had an accidental flood in our new home. Restore Pro came the Sunday of the “flood”, set up their fans and went to work. Today five weeks later Restore Pro is moving us back in with beautiful new floors, gorgeous paint and baseboards. Every person I came in contact with from RestorePro, beginning with the very first phone call, all the way up to the project manager, Michelle, was an absolute professional. This type of team work doesn't happen on it's own, it starts at the top. This is a sign of a very well managed company. The first part of the project was mitigation, Blake and his crew were top-notch professionals. Blake kept me informed and explained each step, he was pleasure to work with. The project manager, Michelle kept me updated daily on the status of everything and she made what I thought would be a difficult process, very easy. I had never done a home repair like this before and Michelle was the perfect guide through every step of the process. I highly recommend RestorePro. I know I can trust them to do a high quality, professional job.

We are so happy with our Restore Pro remediation & remodeling. After a roof leak turned into mold in our ceilings, they came in quickly to assess the issue & remediate. Our main contact, Andrew Draughon, was super helpful during the remodeling phase. Its never easy having people in and out of your home over a period of time but Andrew made that process quick and painless. They were always great in working with our insurance company. Highly recommend!

Trust Restore Pro was so great to work with, they made the damage caused by a water leak so easy to deal with, it was such a relief. Michelle Amanatides followed through closely and did a wonderful job as project manager. She is very polite, accessible and does a great job getting all the jobs done on schedule and with high quality. Jamie Wood was quick to respond to the initial call and visit and followed through with getting the right estimates alongside the insurance company. Had our flooring replaced on the first floor. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Greg Lask who managed the project and made sure all contractors showed up at appropriate times. Greg communicated well and was always available if we had questions. Excellent work by all involved. Love working with mature professionals that show up on time and complete jobs in a timely manner with good craftsmanship.

We had some water damage during Hurricane Florence. We were expecting it to take forever to get repairs done just due to the sheer volume of damage claims after a hurricane, but RestorePro was much quicker than we expected. Michelle was our point of contact and she made everything so easy for us, and was able to finish work early when we had to bring our dogs back home. Here's hoping we won't have any more home damage anytime soon, but I would definitely use RestorePro again if we do!

I had an emergency on a Friday evening when my pipe was leaking under my house. Restore Pro came so quickly and helped me out. They were very professional. Brett was so nice to work with and the guys that came out to fix the problem where wonderful. They reassured me that they would take care of everything. They turned a very stressful situation around for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
