Charles Aycock and Will Clendenin came out to my apartment to help restore significant water damage, and I can’t say enough good things about their work. They worked incredibly hard, were professional, knowledgeable, and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them in my home again. Tree fell on my house.Had to replace part of roof, deck, ceiling in kitchen. They did a great job thanks to Chad Edwards.

Jeff Gordon and his team did a great job repairing my house after a large tree fell on it, crushing parts of the roof, ceiling, and walls. He was recommended to me by my insurance company, Nationwide, and he worked closely with them. The damage was repaired within a short time and completely to my satisfaction. His kindness and attentiveness helped me through a difficult time. I especially appreciated Jeff’s immediate responses to all my calls and texts.

Excellent experience with Restore Pro! From the first call with Kennedy to working with Bradley, the project manager, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Bradley was easy to work with and went above and beyond. The mitigation crew did an amazing job repairing ice damage in several rooms of my mom’s home. Angel on-site was superb—very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Great company, excellent work, and a beautiful finished result. Highly recommend!

The guys that came to my house were all very professional. They also knew exactly what they were doing and how to accomplish the mitigation process. I am very pleased to this point. There is still some more work to be accomplished, however I would expect that it will be just as professional and acceptable as the work done to this point.

Restore Pro Reconstruction and especially our contractor John were wonderful to work with on our ceiling and floor repairs. No one wants to deal with their upstairs washing machine flooding their living room, but if it did have to happen this group was great. John worked diligently to make sure everything was repaired as needed and was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Once we got to the point of actual repairs the staff did a great job on our ceiling and floors. I would highly the recommend this company and would use them again in the future.
