The team at RestorePro who remediated my flooded basement were professional and responsive and I'm very pleased with the finished product.

Restore Pro was sent by our home builder to repair water damage from a leak through our stone mortar. We had incurred significant damage to our guest bedroom closet. Josh and his crew made sure that all areas were disinfected & completely dry before replacing the plywood, insulation, baseboards, & drywall! They replaced the racks & painted the closet. One day, I came home from work thinking I'd be able to relax. Instead, I came inside to rain pouring down from the kitchen ceiling because my son left on the bathroom faucet all day (9+ hours). I never had to deal with this before, so I googled and chose RestorePro based on all the positive reviews. From start to finish, it was an incredibly positive experience. They successfully completed the mitigation and then worked with me through the entire reconstruction to make sure that 1) quality work was done 2) we could upgrade where I wanted while being very transparent about cost and 3) that my home and my family were treated with respect. If we have to go through a process like this again, I would 100% hire them again.
