I had a recent washing machine flood - my technicians were Jahir and Luis. They were great. I noticed the flood on Friday after work, contacted them at 5 pm and Jahir was here before 6 pm to handle cleaning up the water and setting up equipment to ensure there was no issue. He was incredibly helpful. First thing on Monday, he contacted me to come back and complete the work he needed to do that had since been approved. He was timely and very professional. Both Jahir and Luis spent the day on Monday working on the house, making sure I understood what was happening, answering questions and leaving the home as clean as possible. They really made sure to get everything done the best way. They were fantastic.

These guys came out quick.Were all really nice, super polite, professional, and genuine. Ashley, Henry, and Juan showed the first day and got everything evaluated and set up really efficiently. On Monday Antonio and Luis came out and checked everything out and collected the equipment they also were extremely professional and friendly worked quickly and did a great job. All were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making a really unpleasant situation much easier. Great job guys!

RestorePro Greensboro came recommended to me from my Insurance company "Nationwide". I spoke with Jeff Gordon about the job. I had another company working on my house and they let the house sit untouched for 3-4 weeks. Jeff said he could finish it within a time frame of 4-6 weeks compared to 3-4 months. We had weekly meetings, he would email or text me multiple times a week for updates with pictures. I am currently 650 miles away from my house. Highly recommended, I hope to never use him again but if I need a project done again, Jeff with be my 1st call. Highly recommended.

Nothing but great things from them so far!! The same day that I called, I had someone on site within a few hours with dehumidifiers to dry up my ice dam. They sent out Jacob and Cameron to assist me with my disaster, and they were nothing but professional. They kept me in touch with every aspect of the next step. Comment: After several months of failed communications with several other companies we were told by our insurance company to call Restore Pro. What a God send they have been. Hunter and his crew came right out checked out the situation we had and proceeded to removed the damaged areas and dry everything out. Then came Chad and his crew to put it all back together in a timely matter. They kept in communication on everything they were doing. The guys were very neat cleaned up their work area and all were very pleasant. I would hire them again and again.which I already have some things in mind when spring gets here. Thank you again Hunter, Chad, and Sebastian. We now consider you guys part of the family.

My dad doesn’t have a way to do a review, so he asked me to do it for him, however he did tell me what to put in the review and per his words “these guys are great and very quick. They started rebuilding my dad’s house, that turned into my house, within two weeks after it got burned almost to the ground.
