Job Completion Survey - Restoration

I noticed some water damage on my first floor ceiling, in my kitchen, which is directly over my master bathroom. I didn't know what to do or what was causing it. Restore Pro was recommended to me to try. Corey came out the next day after I called Restore Pro to take a look at the damage. He walked me through the steps of what could be causing the issue and how to fix it. His team came out and did an awesome job of locating and isolating the leak. Katie called me to follow up and to update me on next steps, as well. The whole team is great! I would definitely recommend Restore Pro. I look forward to working with them when I decide to do some upgrades to my home.

I have never had any major damage to my home before so this was/has been a very new and stressful experience. RestorePro and the employees I have worked with (Corey, Scott, Antonio, Juan and Ashley) have all been incredible. When I first called to get something scheduled, they put me on their top priority list right away. I was kept up to date on when they would be coming by, what they would be doing and what I needed to do to prepare. Corey was amazing to work with and answered any and all of my questions that I had right off the bat. He was extremely helpful and open about the whole process. Antonio and Juan were the two gentlemen that had to rip up my floor in order to make my home livable again. They were extremely efficient, polite, professional, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. Their work was fantastic. Ashley always kept me in the loop on scheduling and was available to call or email at any time. With a large home project like mine, that is super valuable. Scott explained the next steps in my process and kept me up to date. I felt prepared throughout the whole experience. RestorePro has been awesome with our water damage clean up, drying and inspection. Corey, Kevon and Jack were so great and easy to work with. They all knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. Very responsive. They were even great with my dog. I highly recommend this company and their service!

We had raw sewage back up in 90% of our hone on 9/16/20 while my wife who's a teacher that was online teaching and all 3 of my kids online virtually learning. I was at work. So my wife called me and I contacted our home insurance to file a claim. The adjuster had recommended another company to perform the mitigation whom never answered my call. So after a couple of hours he gave me the number to Restore pro. I called and within an hour the crew was there removing all damaged floors, ceiling, carpet, vents,and light fixtures. They place all the equipment needed to dry and remove the moisture from the property. The crew followed up everyday to make sure the drying process was going smoothly. The entire team is professional and we either spoke with them over the phone or met them in person. They all truly care and show concern about you throughout the process. If you are in need of water amage repair or any other service they provide look no further than Restore Pro where you will be treated like family.

Jake and the restore pro team were AWESOME! Jake was on time for every appointment and always returned texts and calls. The process was informative and moved quickly with a solid plan of action. Our bathroom remodel from a plumbing leak came out beautiful which included all new tile, paint, plumbing, shower reconstruction and glass installation. Highly recommend Jake and his team to navigate you through a tough ordeal! A plus is how clean and organized the guys worked.

It all started with a hot water leak that created more damage than I could have imagined. I reached out to Restore Pro and their demo/remediation team set a standard that the rest of the business/teams will have to measure up to. It started with my first call with JR Woods, who I must say has made me feel like a priority through all of this. He was quick to explain the process and to get his team on the project. That team was Josh Goins and Juan Torres. These guys were not only professional, but they also left everything clean, made me laugh through the chaos and let me know step by step of what to expect along the way and have been phenomenal to work with. Kathleen is so sweet and has also been great about checking in with me, making sure everything is going well and that I didn’t need anything else along the way. My ONE and ONLY complaint is that I don’t get to work with this team on the entire project and must move on to the next team for the last leg of this restoration. JR, Josh, Juan, and Kathleen, I can’t thank you enough for everything, nor can I say enough great things about your team. Excellent experience with RestorePro.
I especially want to mention my project manager, Tracy Byrd. From our first meeting I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He managed to put us at ease in a very stressful situation. As the project progressed, he exceeded my expectations for involvement and attention to detail. He communicated with me often and was always aware of details of the repairs. Excellent job by all team members

A leak in pipe to my kitchen sink in my rental property caused a lot of water damage to my kitchen. The water was leaking for a while causing some mold to the cabinets and messed up the dry wall before any leaking could be detected. The lower cabinets, countertops, kitchen sink, and drywall had to be removed. After the area had properly dried out RestorePro did a quality job of drywall repair, painting, and rebuilding cabinet boxes to replace the old cabinets. The cabinets matched perfectly to the existing cabinets and the work was completed in 2 days. My tenants were pleased to have the work done in time for Thanksgiving.

We had a mess, the septic system was old and backing up. Tracy Byrd and his group came in and repaired everything from flooring, drywall and cabinets. With my being out of town, this could have been a hard situation to deal with, but I was able to continue to work and have pictures, FaceTime and calls to handle most decisions. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks again!

After our washing machine flooded our home, we had the opportunity to work with Tracy Byrd on our reconstruction. He was always on time, very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. He really listened to what I'd like to see happen to the space that needed to be reconstructed and he and Noel's team delivered. Everyone arrived promptly in the morning to start working and stayed until the project was completed. Everyone was very professional and I am extremely happy with the space!

The water mitigation team did an amazing and professional job! They were incredibly responsive and even came at 9PM ton help us. Tracy and his team also did an amazing job with the reconstruction, painting, and flooring! We really appreciate all of the quality work they put into our house and will definitely use RestorePro in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!
