We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with RestorePro! We had our entire first floor re-done following a sewage backup in our brand new home. All of the work (flooring, new baseboards, drywall, painting) was exceptionally done. Highly recommend RestorePro.

Jake and the restore pro team were AWESOME! Jake was on time for every appointment and always returned texts and calls. The process was informative and moved quickly with a solid plan of action. Our bathroom remodel from a plumbing leak came out beautiful which included all new tile, paint, plumbing, shower reconstruction and glass installation. Highly recommend Jake and his team to navigate you through a tough ordeal! A plus is how clean and organized the guys worked.

It all started with a hot water leak that created more damage than I could have imagined. I reached out to Restore Pro and their demo/remediation team set a standard that the rest of the business/teams will have to measure up to. It started with my first call with JR Woods, who I must say has made me feel like a priority through all of this. He was quick to explain the process and to get his team on the project. That team was Josh Goins and Juan Torres. These guys were not only professional, but they also left everything clean, made me laugh through the chaos and let me know step by step of what to expect along the way and have been phenomenal to work with. Kathleen is so sweet and has also been great about checking in with me, making sure everything is going well and that I didn’t need anything else along the way. My ONE and ONLY complaint is that I don’t get to work with this team on the entire project and must move on to the next team for the last leg of this restoration. JR, Josh, Juan, and Kathleen, I can’t thank you enough for everything, nor can I say enough great things about your team. Excellent experience with RestorePro. I especially want to mention my project manager, Tracy Byrd. From our first meeting I was impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He managed to put us at ease in a very stressful situation. As the project progressed, he exceeded my expectations for involvement and attention to detail. He communicated with me often and was always aware of details of the repairs. Excellent job by all team members

A leak in pipe to my kitchen sink in my rental property caused a lot of water damage to my kitchen. The water was leaking for a while causing some mold to the cabinets and messed up the dry wall before any leaking could be detected. The lower cabinets, countertops, kitchen sink, and drywall had to be removed. After the area had properly dried out RestorePro did a quality job of drywall repair, painting, and rebuilding cabinet boxes to replace the old cabinets. The cabinets matched perfectly to the existing cabinets and the work was completed in 2 days. My tenants were pleased to have the work done in time for Thanksgiving.

We had a mess, the septic system was old and backing up. Tracy Byrd and his group came in and repaired everything from flooring, drywall and cabinets. With my being out of town, this could have been a hard situation to deal with, but I was able to continue to work and have pictures, FaceTime and calls to handle most decisions. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks again!

After our washing machine flooded our home, we had the opportunity to work with Tracy Byrd on our reconstruction. He was always on time, very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. He really listened to what I'd like to see happen to the space that needed to be reconstructed and he and Noel's team delivered. Everyone arrived promptly in the morning to start working and stayed until the project was completed. Everyone was very professional and I am extremely happy with the space!

The water mitigation team did an amazing and professional job! They were incredibly responsive and even came at 9PM ton help us. Tracy and his team also did an amazing job with the reconstruction, painting, and flooring! We really appreciate all of the quality work they put into our house and will definitely use RestorePro in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Mr. Tracy is the best repair manager. He is smart, super talented, and knows what clients need. Under his leadership, my house was born again to a new house after flooding from a supply line. He listened to me, chose the best materials for me, and sent the best team to repair my house. When my house got the flood event, I felt so miserable however after Mr. Tracy's team fixed my house, it turned to a dream house. His team did a flawless job of repair every part of my house, floor, walls, fireplace, garage, etc. My husband joked at me that he would throw a party every weekend to boast of the looking good new house. I endorse Mr. Tracy to anybody who needs to repair a house, especially after any natural disaster, fire, and flooding events. He is a repair magician who changes a broken house to a brand-new house.

Update: We had to have more work done. I am more than pleased to offer this testimonial and endorsement of Restore Pro Construction. I have had two projects completed by them. Although this posting mention only Michelle and Derek, they have a backup crew that is unparalled in their industry. My first project was the repair of a leak in my living room ceiling. The second project was much larger, the replacement of the entire roof. The first thing that impressed me about RestorePro is their courtesy and attention to detail. Every contact regardless of whether in person, via phone or email/txt is professional and informative. The thing I like is that there is no misunderstanding from any conversation as to expectations or outcomes. Next, let’s turn to the work crew. Every day, they created a “clean room” environment!!! I operate in a “home office” environment. We were able to conduct our business in a normal manner without interruption. This was a great asset. RestorePro has done numerous jobs for me in the last 3 years and each and every time they respond with a sense of urgency and leave me with the feeling of not having to worry whether or not the job will be done right and on-time, every time. After a severe water disaster, these guys put our condo back together. They worked with our insurance company, and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. They did quality work in a reasonable time frame. I especially appreciate our project manager Phillip who made a really bad situation turn out fine in the end. I'd highly recommend this company, who was recommended to us by our insurance adjuster.

Everyone that I interacted with at this company were friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, and patient! I hope I don’t need to use their services again, but I certainly would go to them as my first choice if I find myself in a similar situation. I would highly recommend this business.

RestorePro completed a full remodel on our master bath after a shower leak as well as a remodel an outdated half bath. My husband and I had consultations with 5-6 contractors before that had fallen through for various reasons (lack of insurance, no follow up, etc). From the moment I contacted RestorePro to assist with our repair/remodel needs, they were responsive, reliable and so helpful. From their admin staff (Joy) to project management (Phillip) to subcontractors, everyone was upfront in terms of cost, capabilities, and timeline and answered each of our questions thoroughly and quickly.
