RestorePro’s team was great to work with at this difficult time of being faced with water loss. We had to wait on the HOA to fix the cause of the water problem, but we did not want the moisture hanging around to make things worse. Leo and Tim patiently listened, understood the situation, and suggested what to do during the interim waiting period so as to contain the loss and not make the problem worse. They were knowledgeable, responsive and diligent. Highly recommend them for water remediation.

With assistance from Family, I didn’t select RestorePro for “restoration”, BUT had a remarkable, engaging, thorough, respectful and timely experience with Leo Aldaba and his apprentice, Tim. Good Customer Service is so welcomed in today’s home experience, and to have had the service from RestorePro employees (though not committing for the work) deserves more than any “star” rating!!

I wanted to come back and leave a separate review for the repairs/rebuild team, because they truly went above and beyond. After the remediation work was complete, the repairs team stepped in and did an excellent job bringing everything back together. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the effort to keep things moving quickly did not go unnoticed. Hayden, the project manager, was especially outstanding. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, often reaching out proactively with progress updates, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the work and the customer experience, and that makes a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the level of communication and care this team provided. My original review about the remediation team: RestorePro Reconstruction did an amazing job from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, worked quickly, and were incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated Ashley and Charlie. Ashley was so helpful on the administrative side and made the insurance process feel much less overwhelming. Charlie managed the remediation and demolition after our water damage, and he was especially outstanding—so friendly, highly communicative, and always kept us in the loop. We always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. I’m really grateful for their support during a stressful situation and would absolutely recommend them.

Our water mitigation was very thorough following a washing machine malfunction. Ramone and Quentin dealt very carefully with our situation and Zack was helpful with any questions we had. RestorePro really did a great job!

On a Saturday our second story bathroom flooded and we had water raining down from our kitchen ceiling. I called RestorePro Reconstruction and was able to talk to someone right away. Hayden came to our house that day to have a look and let us know our options. Jahir and Juan came Monday morning to start the drying out process and Mario joined the team a few days later. Charles Aycock and Will Clendenin came out to my apartment to help restore significant water damage, and I can’t say enough good things about their work. They worked incredibly hard, were professional, knowledgeable, and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire process. Tree fell on my house.Had to replace part of roof, deck, ceiling in kitchen. They did a great job thanks to Chad Edwards.

Jeff Gordon and his team did a great job repairing my house after a large tree fell on it, crushing parts of the roof, ceiling, and walls. He was recommended to me by my insurance company, Nationwide, and he worked closely with them. The damage was repaired within a short time and completely to my satisfaction. His kindness and attentiveness helped me through a difficult time. I especially appreciated Jeff’s immediate responses to all my calls and texts.

Excellent experience with Restore Pro! From the first call with Kennedy to working with Bradley, the project manager, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Bradley was easy to work with and went above and beyond.

The mitigation crew did an amazing job repairing ice damage in several rooms of my mom’s home. Angel on-site was superb—very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

The guys that came to my house were all very professional. They also knew exactly what they were doing and how to accomplish the mitigation process. I am very pleased to this point. There is still some more work to be accomplished, however I would expect that it will be just as professional and acceptable as the work done to this point.
