I had a leak with my upstairs shower that ran into the downstairs kitchen. USAA gave me some options and I went with Restopro and Mike Britt. Mike ensured that I was informed with the whole process with timeframes and the necessary things to make my home whole again. I highly recommend this company. If you can get Mike Britt as your Project Manager, jump on that opportunity.

RestorePro has been wonderful! Jumped right on the issue in bathroom and hallway and worked hard to get things cleaned out - while also maintaining neatness! It was a big project and they were always working around our schedules, so we could still have access to washer/dryer. Jonathan was always kind, and thorough in his explanation. His team, including Bernardo, have been wonderful’!

RestorePro is one of the most complete companies I have ever dealt with, they were highly responsive to our immediate needs when the accident occurred at the church. They took care of hole in the sanctuary made by the car. From there the inspection followed and lead to repair quote. They established a wonderful communication relationship with our insurance to gain agreement on the damages. They went on and above to find a stain glass company as well as created our church symbols for the exterior where the car entered the church. Finally Chad was responsive to calls, request and he provided in depth explanations. Overall great job and our congregation was very pleased.

Chad, our project manager at Restore Pro, did an amazing job rebuilding our home after it was struck by a huge tree. He was always very kind and understanding. He explained every detail of the process, and even went beyond giving recommendations on how and where to find help for our rebuilding process. My family and I are so grateful for their support. Mike Britt, from the very first Conversation on the telephone Mr. Britt was very professional, and knowledgeable about the processes. All that he said would be done was done, he even prepared us for possible consequences that could happen, but there was none. My wife was please with the finished product & work. Men cleaned up after them selves. Mike Britt and his contractors should be 10 stars .
