Nothing but great things from them so far!! The same day that I called, I had someone on site within a few hours with dehumidifiers to dry up my ice dam. They sent out Jacob and Cameron to assist me with my disaster, and they were nothing but professional. They kept me in touch with every aspect of the next step. Both techs were comforting and made me feel more at ease about my issue. Can’t recommend this company enough! Thank you for helping me through this!

Comment: After several months of failed communications with several other companies we were told by our insurance company to call Restore Pro. What a God send they have been. Hunter and his crew came right out checked out the situation we had and proceeded to removed the damaged areas and dry everything out. Then came Chad and his crew to put it all back together in a timely matter. They kept in communication on everything they were doing. The guys were very neat cleaned up their work area and all were very pleasant. I would hire them again and again.which I already have some things in mind when spring gets here. Thank you again Hunter, Chad, and Sebastian. We now consider you guys part of the family.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my home by RestorePro reconstruction Inc. I was especially impressed with Bradley and Clay. They were both professional and courteous in their dealings with me. My dad doesn’t have a way to do a review, so he asked me to do it for him, however he did tell me what to put in the review and per his words “these guys are great and very quick. They started rebuilding my dad’s house, that turned into my house, within two weeks after it got burned almost to the ground. Jeff and his team have been very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process and have went out of their way to make sure everything gets done the way it’s supposed to, and how I want it to be done. I highly recommend his team of workers if you need any work done.”

I had a leak with my upstairs shower that ran into the downstairs kitchen. USAA gave me some options and I went with Restopro and Mike Britt. Mike ensured that I was informed with the whole process with timeframes and the necessary things to make my home whole again. I highly recommend this company. If you can get Mike Britt as your Project Manager, jump on that opportunity.

RestorePro has been wonderful! Jumped right on the issue in bathroom and hallway and worked hard to get things cleaned out - while also maintaining neatness! It was a big project and they were always working around our schedules, so we could still have access to washer/dryer. Jonathan was always kind, and thorough in his explanation. His team, including Bernardo, have been wonderful’!

RestorePro is one of the most complete companies I have ever dealt with, they were highly responsive to our immediate needs when the accident occurred at the church. They took care of hole in the sanctuary made by the car. From there the inspection followed and lead to repair quote. They established a wonderful communication relationship with our insurance to gain agreement on the damages. They went on and above to find a stain glass company as well as created our church symbols for the exterior where the car entered the church. Finally Chad was responsive to calls, request and he provided in depth explanations. Overall great job and our congregation was very pleased.

Chad, our project manager at Restore Pro, did an amazing job rebuilding our home after it was struck by a huge tree. He was always very kind and understanding. He explained every detail of the process, and even went beyond giving recommendations on how and where to find help for our rebuilding process. My family and I are so grateful for their support. Mike Britt, from the very first Conversation on the telephone Mr. Britt was very professional, and knowledgeable about the processes. All that he said would be done was done, he even prepared us for possible consequences that could happen, but there was none. My wife was please with the finished product & work. Men cleaned up after them selves. Mike Britt and his contractors should be 10 stars .
