What a great experience! After a shaky start with another project manager Chad stepped in. We had a kitchen fire in an older rental home. The home had a hot water heater located in the kitchen next to the stove. It was very unsightly. I wanted it moved outside to the laundry room but this was cost prohibitive. Chad understood what I really wanted was for the hot water heater not to be exposed in the kitchen. He helped me compromise by putting it in a closet instead! I love it. He took his time and talked to me and made sure I was ok with the direction they were taking. He was patient and fast! The work was done within weeks of starting! The kitchen looks great. He did a modern update on a budget! If you have a need for RestorePro, Chad is the manager you want! Thanks Chad!!

Exceptional Communication: Remarkable Restoration Team As a seasoned property manager with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working with various restoration vendors, but none have quite matched the excellence of this team. They exceeded all expectations, had meticulous attention to detail, and communication was seamless. This process was nothing short of phenomenal!

Our project is Jeff Gordon. Jeff and his team have been great to work with in restoring my mother’s home after fire and smoke damage. Kept us updated on the progress and quality of work is excellent.

From beginning to end these guys been GREAT! Major damage was done to our house, like a car flew into our kitchen and living room. Brad came on the scene, assessed it and said everything will be back better. Handed it over to Chad. This guy Chad and his team IS AWESOME! Step-by-step he was very communicative. Where do I begin. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a fire 4 days after I bought my house and my insurance company referred me to RestorePro and it was the best decision I could have made. The first person I talked to was Leslie and if she is not the sweetest and kind hearted person you will ever meet. They were at my house within days to start the process. I was paired with Chad as my project manager. He will now forever be family in my eyes. He took my dream and made it a reality. I never thought 7 months ago we would be here and I would have my home as beautiful as it is. Chad worked with me everyday keeping me up to date on any and every thing going on with my house. He took the worst of a situation and gave me hope. I never had to worry about anything going on with the repairs. The entire staff that worked on my house were always willing to answer any and all of my questions. Kind and considerate are 2 words to describe the whole crew. From dealing with the insurance company, the finance company and all the sub contractors they did it all. Trust me when I say there is not a question they cant answer or a job they cant do. Love you guys and you are the best in the business.

RestorePro customer service is friendly and easy to schedule us in quickly. Hunter came out to our house for the inspection and answered all of our questions in a clear and concise manner. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. RestorePro should hire more people like Hunter.

I hired RestorePro after a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. The team for the water mitigation responded quickly and started straight away. They also took care of the restoration and they were amazing, very professional. Especially the assigned project manager, Julio Bermeo, was outstanding. My insurance company recommended RestorePro, and within 12 hours after the fire at our home, we had 15 guys at our house, during a holiday weekend, putting a temporary roof on our home. The team has been very compassionate, friendly, responsive, and helpful during this traumatic event and process. I have selected them to do the rebuild, and we are just starting this process, and feel confident they will do good work.

Restore Pro was extremely responsive, thorough, and dedicated throughout. Our Project manager Josh, did a great job managing the work, coordinating other consultants and being responsive and very communicative with us. They were happy to assist with whatever we needed.
