As a seasoned property manager with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working with various restoration vendors, but none have quite matched the excellence of this team. They exceeded all expectations, had meticulous attention to detail, and communication was seamless. This process was nothing short of phenomenal!

Our project is Jeff Gordon. Jeff and his team have been great to work with in restoring my mother’s home after fire and smoke damage. Kept us updated on the progress and quality of work is excellent.

From beginning to end these guys been GREAT! Major damage was done to our house, like a car flew into our kitchen and living room. Brad came on the scene, assessed it and said everything will be back better. Handed it over to Chad. This guy Chad and his team IS AWESOME! Step-by-step he was very communicative. Chad exceeded expectation! I will always call on Restore Pro!

Where do I begin. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a fire 4 days after I bought my house and my insurance company referred me to RestorePro and it was the best decision I could have made. The first person I talked to was Leslie and if she is not the sweetest and kind hearted person you will ever meet. They were at my house within days to start the process. I was paired with Chad as my project manager. He will now forever be family in my eyes. He took my dream and made it a reality. I never thought 7 months ago we would be here and I would have my home as beautiful as it is. Chad worked with me everyday keeping me up to date on any and every thing going on with my house. He took the worst of a situation and gave me hope. I never had to worry about anything going on with the repairs. The entire staff that worked on my house were always willing to answer any and all of my questions. Kind and considerate are 2 words to describe the whole crew. From dealing with the insurance company, the finance company and all the sub contractors they did it all. Trust me when I say there is not a question they cant answer or a job they cant do. Love you guys and you are the best in the business.

RestorePro customer service is friendly and easy to schedule us in quickly. Hunter came out to our house for the inspection and answered all of our questions in a clear and concise manner. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. RestorePro should hire more people like Hunter.

I hired RestorePro after a water leak from the upstairs bathroom.
The team for the water mitigation responded quickly and started straight away. They also took care of the restoration and they were amazing, very professional. Especially the assigned project manager, Julio Bermeo, was outstanding. They really understand the discomfort situation you are in with the water damages and really put the customer needs first. They do everything they can do quick, in the right and best way.

My insurance company recommended RestorePro, and within 12 hours after the fire at our home, we had 15 guys at our house, during a holiday weekend, putting a temporary roof on our home. The team has been very compassionate, friendly, responsive, and helpful during this traumatic event and process. I have selected them to do the rebuild, and we are just starting this process, and feel confident they will do good work.

RestorePro came in and started working on fixing my water damage. Corey was very nice, well they all were. Restore Pro was extremely responsive, thorough, and dedicated throughout. Our Project manager Josh, did a great job managing the work, coordinating other consultants and being responsive and very communicative with us. They were happy to assist with whatever we needed.

We had an amazing experience with RestorePro . The crews were top notch. They were efficient and had a high level of skill. They finished a big job in a timely manner and worked very hard to complete it with as little disruption to my mom as possible. I really can’t recommend this company any more highly.

RestorePro handled restoration of multiple rooms in our home after a second floor bathroom valve failed while we were out of town, causing extensive water damage in five rooms and the crawl space. Initial remediation had been done by another company that we weren't too pleased with, and our insurance company linked us up with RestorePro. This became something of a nightmare for them because of incompetence (and genuine weirdness) on the part of the insurance adjuster, who proved quite difficult for us as well as RestorePro to work with. Numerous individuals at the RestorePro home office in Durham were involved at several points along the way in efforts to deal with this compication and all but one of them were quite responsive and helpful in dealing with a variety of problems caused by the insurance adjuster.

The actual restoration work was handled wonderfully by our contract manager, Craig and his team. The work was high quality and we couldn't be happier. When we provided a detailed punch list of minor tweaks, as well as when we requested some interim course-adjustments (as we changed our minds), Craig was patient, highly responsive and on top of everything. Unlike some CMs, he was on site frequently to ensure things were being done and being done right. Anyone who has ever been though a home construction project knows that things inevitably don't always go exactly as planned. Whenever these sorts of things popped up, they were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

We expected this was going to be a very trying experience owing to lingering supply chain problems from Covid, heavy demand for restoration services because of natural disasters, and a booming housing market. It turned out to be an unexpectedly happy experience. We credit Craig for most of that, and the overall efforts of the RestorePro team for the rest.

Absolutely professional from start to finish. They took care of each & everything. Identified the water leak & damage, worked with insurance, implemented immediate remediation measures and permanent restoration. Clear communication and quality work. We Were extremely pleased with RestorePro - Troy and his team (Ulises, Will, and Mario) provided outstanding service in the demolition of water damaged bathroom and mold remediation in the kitchen ceiling. Throughout the process, no damage was done to interior of our home, and they worked the entire day to complete the task at hand.
Troy was eager to please in all that he did. Not only was he professional, but also personable and kind. We are very thankful for Troy and his team and the great work that was done.
