Job Completion Survey - Restoration

RestorePro handled restoration of multiple rooms in our home after a second floor bathroom valve failed while we were out of town, causing extensive water damage in five rooms and the crawl space. Initial remediation had been done by another company that we weren't too pleased with, and our insurance company linked us up with RestorePro. This became something of a nightmare for them because of incompetence (and genuine weirdness) on the part of the insurance adjuster, who proved quite difficult for us as well as RestorePro to work with. Numerous individuals at the RestorePro home office in Durham were involved at several points along the way in efforts to deal with this compication and all but one of them were quite responsive and helpful in dealing with a variety of problems caused by the insurance adjuster. The actual restoration work was handled wonderfully by our contract manager, Craig and his team. The work was high quality and we couldn't be happier. When we provided a detailed punch list of minor tweaks, as well as when we requested some interim course-adjustments (as we changed our minds), Craig was patient, highly responsive and on top of everything. Unlike some CMs, he was on site frequently to ensure things were being done and being done right. Anyone who has ever been though a home construction project knows that things inevitably don't always go exactly as planned. Whenever these sorts of things popped up, they were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We expected this was going to be a very trying experience owing to lingering supply chain problems from Covid, heavy demand for restoration services because of natural disasters, and a booming housing market. It turned out to be an unexpectedly happy experience. We credit Craig for most of that, and the overall efforts of the RestorePro team for the rest.

Absolutely professional from start to finish. They took care of each & everything. Identified the water leak & damage, worked with insurance, implemented immediate remediation measures and permanent restoration. Clear communication and quality work. We Were extremely pleased with RestorePro - Troy and his team (Ulises, Will, and Mario) provided outstanding service in the demolition of water damaged bathroom and mold remediation in the kitchen ceiling. Throughout the process, no damage was done to interior of our home, and they worked the entire day to complete the task at hand. Troy was eager to please in all that he did. Not only was he professional, but also personable and kind. We are very thankful for Troy and his team and the great work that was done.

Leo and Victor came to finish mitigation work after another company did not work out. The nicest guys and so professional. They advised of each step they were doing as it was a big job. When leaving Leo showed pictures of the work done and explained next step.

Isaac was absolutely wonderful to work with! Once insurance finally approved the damage from a neighboring HVAC leak, Isaac made sure the process to fix the floors, paint and do trim/molding work was speedy and efficient! He knew I was ready to have my home back to normal, and did an incredible job managing all of the moving pieces! I am so happy with how everything turned out, and highly recommend Isaac, and RestorePro Fayetteville!

Had a great experience with Josh from RestorePro. He is very friendly and explained the work in details. The job was done professionally and the site was cleaned after work done. The administration office called several times to follow up on the work, and the price is reasonable.

Craig and his team were very easy to work with. He had strict requirements from the insurance company as far as timeline was concerned. We started a repair/remediation process with this company this past weekend. Their response time was great and within hours Garey showed up at our door and gave us the most professional walk thru our issues. He was patient and attentive to the slightest of details.Our second visit was Garey and Jamad .. both worked well as a team and explained all steps to my husband and I in great detail. We are sticking with this company for the repairs based on the great folks, reviews, and the attention to details! Very happy so far!

When a flying rock broke one of my client’s office front door on Friday after hours , I contacted Jason at Restorepro . He had a carpenter at the office within one hour. The carpenter swiftly boarded up the door with professionalism and skill, complete in 30 min . We had a pipe break upstairs that caused significant damage to the ceiling of our downstairs bedroom. RestorePro had someone out the next day. They were professional and friendly and had everything sorted out quickly. A great experience!

This summer we experienced a problem with mold when we were having humidity issues with our HVAC Units. Tony Carello did an outstanding job coming to our rescue to deep clean and refresh the areas in a timely fashion. RestorePro was very professional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing assistance.

RestorePro was great. I had a small leak that would randomly come and go in my apartment and mold had been forming. Four different vendors came to check out the job and bid on the contract. When Tony at RestorePro came to check out the job and bid on it. He found a large mass of water in my ceiling coming from the upstairs neighbor Hvac and got all the water out before even winning the bid on the job. He was the only person I saw check for moisture in the walls. He took care of my apartment with such care. Then came in Austin and Junior picking up the mantle where Tony left, it being kind to my cat, accomodating to my sleep schedule, and doing great work. I wish someone I knew would mention a problem I could recommend restorepro for, but it hasnt happened yet so i'm mentioning it here. You will not regret hiring them.
