Great place for ductwork cleaning any type of restoration big or small. Haven't seen a job yet they couldn't handle

Marvin and Phillip did a fantastic job. Thank goodness for them, they came in and removed the toxic smell germs and water backup in the house as well as the affected carpet and tile in bathroom and kitchen.

Drake was so helpful. He made sure my small items were fixed.

RestorePro came out immediately to see the damage from our leak. They planned out how to clean and dry it out . They sent Leslie a wonderful person to estimate the damage done and what will need to be fixed to bring it back to original condition . She was very professional and knowledgeable . I can't speak enough of how amazing Restore Pro is!!!! I am a Condo HOA Manager and handle all the majority of leaks, repairs, rebuilds and insurance claims for multiple properties. Restore Pro offers reports after each visit to a property which is very helpful in maintaining logs and documentation for my properties. They offer the best response time in emergency situations and are wonderful at communication when they arrive on site. Jason is always directs a crew to our emergency situations in a timely manner and provides us up to date response times. He coordinates well with our office!! His crew are all amazing and professional . Leslie, who is a main estimator, is the repairs division is the most organized and efficient person I have ever worked with! She is top knotch and I always receive wonderful feedback from homeowners about their experience with her during the estimate process. Insurance agents also find Restore Pro to be a delight to work with and agree with their estimate reviews and processes in determining resolution. Andrew and Leslie are experienced in this field and offer superior knowledge to assist the homeowner and their adjustors with their questions. I feel that Restore Pro is a well-oiled machine that works very well as a team to complete their projects with quality and care.

Jeff Gordon did a fine job of coordinating the restoration of our home. He was quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed of various delays, i. e., inspections and permits.

Jason and Andrew are AWESOME! We had a small microwave fire in the office with a ton of smoke, luckily no damage other than the smoke and smell. The guys brought in some type of machine that took out the awful smell overnight. We are SO grateful!

We had a sudden water line leak and the kitchen floor had buckled up overnight. I was given RestorePro's number and called first thing. Martin McCraven called me back within the hour. His team came out, took photos, and discussed, at length, the issue we had. Unfortunately, the insurance company was difficult in making a judgment. Everything I asked for Martin to provide me with, he did the next morning. His report and photos were excellent. We are still trying to negotiate with the insurance company, and if we reach a positive outcome, my husband and I would absolutely, no question, use RestorePro and Martin McCraven's team of professionals.

I would like to thank RestorePro for their Great work. Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen floor and we got up the water put fans in to dry the floor thinking this would work and it did for about 2 hours then the laminate floors stated to buckle up. We called our insurance company and they gave us RestorePros name we call and they came out the same day to scope out the damage and the next morning came and started the mitigation process, Phillip and Ryan were great and very professional. We decided to let RestorePro do the construction side also to put in the new flooring in and I’m so glad we did. Our business has used RestorePro for the third time this past week. I thought it was about time that I take the time to say something nice about them. We are a historic, mid-rise apartment building in Raleigh. Our projects are on the smaller side for them but they have treated our business with the utmost care and respect. We have found the team at RestorePro to return our calls quickly, get an estimator to our site also, quickly and best of all, we have found them to be quite reasonably priced! We will use them again, should the need arise.
