We had RestorePro recommended to us for repair of our kitchen floor which was ruined by a water leak. They were very professional. Their representative, Tanner, was an outstanding resource for us. He was a tremendous communicator and kept us apprised of the time lines for the repair. We hardly ever had questions, and when we did he was timely with the answers! Such a great experience!!! Jason Story is our Rep. in our area for my insurance office. He is very professional and quick to respond any time we need him. He goes above and beyond to make sure he does the best job for our customers. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of restoration work to their home. After some issues with other employees Tanner came around and was assigned the project. It had previously been handled not so well. Tanner made sure everything was done correctly and very professionally. I really appreciate his hard work and the team of individuals that came in to restore my home. Daved Roman was out today doing mold remediation removal work in our master bathroom from a water line leak. He worked very hard doing the work involved, very precise and accurate, and polite. Very concienence performing every task he was required to do in there. Made sure all work was completely done. Outstanding A+++ Job. We are starting our process w RestorePro. Phillip and team has stayed in touch with us and left messages to see if we had questions in the process. Ryan started the remediation today. He is friendly, made sure to explain the process, and left a clean work site.

Ryan and John were great and very efficient. It's always anxiety provoking to have restoration or construction done. We are very happy with these guys. They know what they are doing. They are fixing the job created by plumbers from a different company we never should have hired.

Our home was damaged by the storm on 8/15. A several hundred year old white oak was replanted on the front of our home. The response from RestorePro was amazing! Within a few hours of this destructive storms end...the tree was being removed, only to uncover the severe damage to our home. The tree removal was done, and debris was removed, by the most professional, kind, understanding, and talented machine operators!! Ryan was very detailed with explaining what they were doing to do in both bathrooms. Ryan answered all of my questions concerning timelines for job completion.

We had a water issue while 700 miles away from home on a Friday night. Restore pro arrived at our home within two hours to immediately begin mediation. We have no doubt that they saved our home from much more damage. They left all of their drying equipment until the next Friday, and came back several times throughout the week to check the moisture levels to ensure we were dry. We cannot thank the amazing team enough!

Hunter, Ryan, Nate, and Kate have all been great. My water disaster was very stressful and they made sure I was taken care of promptly. Very friendly folks that are there when you need them.
