Our upstairs bathroom flooded and there was water damage on both floors affecting 4 rooms in our house. RestorePro knows what they are doing and they helped us get thru the process working with our insurance company. They answered many questions, checked on us weekly, and listened and responded to our concerns. The subcontractors they used were highly skilled and professional and they worked quickly once they started the repairs. The project manager was very easy to work with and responded in a timely manner every time we reached out to him which was so appreciated. We would 100% recommend RestorePro and would choose to use them again if ever the need arises again.

We had RestorePro recommended to us for repair of our kitchen floor which was ruined by a water leak. They were very professional. Their representative, Tanner, was an outstanding resource for us. He was a tremendous communicator and kept us apprised of the time lines for the repair. We hardly ever had questions, and when we did he was timely with the answers! Such a great experience!!! Jason Story is our Rep. in our area for my insurance office. He is very professional and quick to respond any time we need him. He goes above and beyond to make sure he does the best job for our customers. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of restoration work to their home. They are professional and do what is best for the customer!

After some issues with other employees Tanner came around and was assigned the project. It had previously been handled not so well. Tanner made sure everything was done correctly and very professionally. I really appreciate his hard work and the team of individuals that came in to restore my home. He was very caring and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. He communicated everything and was always there to answer any questions I had. He took care of us and we will never forget his kind heart and his professionalism. He turned what was a bad situation into a happy ending. Thank you Tanner for everything! they were recommend by nationwide they came out and repair my roof and foundation and and all the comsetic paint drywall from where tree feel on kitchen did a great job and got house dryed back in very fast

Daved Roman was out today doing mold remediation removal work in our master bathroom from a water line leak.
He worked very hard doing the work involved, very precise and accurate, and polite. Very concienence performing every task he was required to do in there. Made sure all work was completely done. Outstanding A+++ Job.
