Very professional, and hardworking employees!

Our toilet line unexpectedly burst on October 3rd while we were not home for a few hours. By the time we came home it was raining in our living room from the toilet upstairs and part of the ceiling had fallen. RestorePro Greensboro began pulling things out that evening to start the drying process. We really enjoyed getting to know Kevin with the demo team and having his guidance while we were faced with events we had never dealt with before. He was also very helpful meeting with our insurance adjuster that was assigned to us. Once the demo was done we had Leslie to work with on pricing. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to the process and fighting for what we needed to be covered by insurance. After this part was agreed to we could begin work on rebuilding. Our project manager was Drake and he took great care of us. He helped with all questions, kept us updated on timeline, and helped push things through when needed. Our family was able to move back in right before Christmas like Drake promised me he'd make happen. We have 3 small children who had been uprooted from our home so as a parent this made a big difference to me. Everyone we encountered throughout this process was very helpful and professional. I definitely would recommend RestorePro Greensboro and I have already passed their name on to people I've seen have a need.

This by far has been a great experience with RestorePro! I would like to give a major shout out to Jeff Gordan, project manager who has been an absolute blessing to the reconstruction of our home and family! Jeff is very knowledgeable, understanding, an awesome problem solver that has communicated with us every step of the way! RestorePro is very lucky to have a project manager such as Jeff, he definitely shines by helping others in time of need! Make sure you have Jeff Gordan on your team!

Ryan is an exceptional worker. He came on time he is steadfast he’s exuberant and he’s an exceptional worker. He’s got a tremendous job here helping to repair my flooded library, dining room and sunken living room. I like his work. Hopefully he’ll come back next week and complete the job. Our house sustained considerable water damage due to a flood. I was given the num by my insurance agent to call, so I did. Everyone has been so helpful thru this process as we all know, this can be quite stressful. Ryan Anderson, the tech that came to do the mitigation and start restoration process was so helpful. Not only was he pleasant, but he also answered all my questions and for those that he could not, provided the number of the person who could. He was neat and organized and very well mannered.

I was one of the unfortunate people affected by the frigid cold of 12/2022. Yes, water everywhere. Anyway, RestorePro got to me as quickly as they could, considering my incident occurred on Christmas Eve, and I am grateful to Drake and the others for that. But I must comment specifically about Ryan, who was not part of the original crew, but came the next day to change out a leaking humidifier. Let's just say, he went above what he came to do. He saw the cuts that were made into the drywall were not clean, and that debris had been left in the area. So what did he do? He took the time to straighten the cuts, treat the area and clean up the debris. He wasn't sent out to do that, he was not asked to do that, but he did it anyway, because he said it should have been done in the first place. I appreciated that; and that's the type of service one would want during such a stressful ordeal. Thank you Ryan!

RestorePro has done a terrific job helping us to remove water damaged portions of our shower/bathroom and has been a great parter in coordinating all the moving parts — including tear out, remediation, plumbing, and repairs/restoration. Their entire Greensboro team has been wonderful — Hunter has been especially great to work with!

So excited to share this review! After a home invasion, we were in a state of shock, not knowing what to do next. Our insurance company hooked us up with Restore Pro Reconstruction to secure our home after the break-in. They were here immediately (almost before I could put down the phone from the insurance people)! They immediately secured us so that we at least slept better that 1st night. But then, when I tell you, they followed up and took care of us every step of the way afterwards, believe it! Our project manager, Marvin Austin, made sure that each part of the process was understood and carried out to our satisfaction. Professionals all the way. My husband and I appreciated the open lines of communication throughout the process, the timeliness, and the quality of the work performed. He made sure at every step, that we were satisfied with the work. Highly recommend this company and our project manager to anyone needing work done.

I would like to commend project manager, Drake, for his leadership, and thank his crews, Seth, Cedric, and others at RestorePro for the very professional job that was done mitigating the shower leak in my home that involved damage to flooring. Drake was very attentive not only to my questions and suggestions but he was responsive to making sure that quality work was envisioned and ultimately implemented. Special kudos to Salvador for the outstanding job he did rebuilding the shower. I was pleased with the overall experience.
