Job Completion Survey - Restoration

I called Seth Higgenbotham at RestorePro Reconstruction of Greensboro on a Sunday afternoon. He had his team in contact with me within hours. We met on the job site in less than 48 hours. Progress began soon thereafter.

Jeff Gordon at RestorePro Reconstruction is our Project Manager. From day one, he has been on top of things. Very professional, very thorough, and a good communicator. We are still stepping through our process, but everything Jeff has been involved with thus far has met our expectations, to the point I know I do not have to worry about the project because Jeff has it taken care of. I will resubmit another review at the conclusion of the project.

Hunter and his crew did a super job cleaning up water damage from a cracked toilet tank. Removed damaged flooring, checked to make sure all moisture was gone. Very thorough. Communication was great! Did not leave a mess. Would highly recommend!

We had some great help with Ryan Anderson at restore pro here in Greensboro. They came in and explained everything to us, made sure to leave room for questions (which we had plenty), provided boxes to take things off the top of the dressers. Everyone was very polite and it seemed like Ryan was training as well, he was thorough and thoughtful in his explanations to both us homeowner’s and the other employees. When I spoke with the other employee he was very kind and already well informed on the initial process. Our bathroom flooded and it was definitely a stressful experience but they made it a lot less so, simply by being so well informed/thorough and kind. Much appreciated guys, thank you!

Our toilet line unexpectedly burst on October 3rd while we were not home for a few hours. By the time we came home it was raining in our living room from the toilet upstairs and part of the ceiling had fallen. RestorePro Greensboro began pulling things out that evening to start the drying process. We really enjoyed getting to know Kevin with the demo team and having his guidance while we were faced with events we had never dealt with before. He was also very helpful meeting with our insurance adjuster that was assigned to us. Once the demo was done we had Leslie to work with on pricing. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to the process and fighting for what we needed to be covered by insurance. After this part was agreed to we could begin work on rebuilding. Our project manager was Drake and he took great care of us. He helped with all questions, kept us updated on timeline, and helped push things through when needed. Our family was able to move back in right before Christmas like Drake promised me he'd make happen. We have 3 small children who had been uprooted from our home so as a parent this made a big difference to me. Everyone we encountered throughout this process was very helpful and professional. I definitely would recommend RestorePro Greensboro and I have already passed their name on to people I've seen have a need.

This by far has been a great experience with RestorePro! Ryan is an exceptional worker. He came on time he is steadfast he’s exuberant and he’s an exceptional worker. He’s got a tremendous job here helping to repair my flooded library, dining room and sunken living room. I like his work. Hopefully he’ll come back next week and complete the job. Our house sustained considerable water damage due to a flood. I was given the num by my insurance agent to call, so I did. Everyone has been so helpful thru this process as we all know, this can be quite stressful. Ryan Anderson, the tech that came to do the mitigation and start restoration process was so helpful. Not only was he pleasant, but he also answered all my questions and for those that he could not, provided the number of the person who could. He was neat and organized and very well mannered.

I was one of the unfortunate people affected by the frigid cold of 12/2022. Yes, water everywhere. Anyway, RestorePro got to me as quickly as they could, considering my incident occurred on Christmas Eve, and I am grateful to Drake and the others for that. But I must comment specifically about Ryan, who was not part of the original crew, but came the next day to change out a leaking humidifier. Let's just say, he went above what he came to do. He saw the cuts that were made into the drywall were not clean, and that debris had been left in the area. So what did he do? He took the time to straighten the cuts, treat the area and clean up the debris. He wasn't sent out to do that, he was not asked to do that, but he did it anyway, because he said it should have been done in the first place. I appreciated that; and that's the type of service one would want during such a stressful ordeal. Thank you Ryan!

RestorePro has done a terrific job helping us to remove water damaged portions of our shower/bathroom and has been a great parter in coordinating all the moving parts — including tear out, remediation, plumbing, and repairs/restoration. Their entire Greensboro team has been wonderful — Hunter has been especially great to work with!
