Had to replace our floor due to damage from a water heater leak. RestorePro dried everything up and sent out a great contractor to do the replacement. They were always on time, very professional and did a fantastic job. We could not be any happier. Kudos to all the RestorePro staff and to Salvador and his helper for a beautiful flooring job.

Following a large tree falling on my house, I chose Restore Pro to complete the mitigation and repair of my home. All crews were efficient, professional, timely, and knowledgeable about their skill areas. Bradley, the project manager, stayed in close touch, letting me know each step of my repairs. I always knew who would be working on my home and when. My cats remained in my home while the crews worked, and always checked on them to keep them safe. I highly recommend this company should you have any type of damage to your home. Outstanding work!

On 5\/22\/2022, our home caught fire, which left us in uncharted territory. Our insurance provided us with a list of vendors and we mistakenly chose the first one that called us back, which happened to be Servpro - a company we had heard of before. Initially, Servpro was responsible for packing our contents and for doing the demolition work, however, after a month had passed, our home was still not packed. Eventually, we decided to complete the packing ourselves and hire RestorePro. From the beginning, RestorePro stood out with their responsiveness, empathy and understanding of how difficult our situation was. They took swift action to help us get through this challenging time. Obie, who was in charge of our project, was awesome to work with. He responded almost immediately to any texts we sent and if he couldn't answer our calls, he would text us before we could hang up. Obie kept us informed about what was happening and if there were any obstacles or delays, we always knew about them. In the end, RestorePro restored our home and allowed us to come back home, for which we are incredibly grateful. Overall, working with Obie and RestorePro was an amazing experience.

We used RestorePro to help with damage we had due to an electrical fire. They were very easy to work with and came soon after calling them to remove wet building material and begin the drying process. Bradley was the project manager for the reconstruction aspect. He was delightful to work with. He communicated throughout the process and was responsive to any changes that needed to be made. The whole process took a little longer than expected from start to finish but are happy with the finished results so far!

Ryan came to do the mitigation on our home after a fire lose. You wouldn’t believe how fast he worked and how informative he was he made me feel very comfortable with the process and even told me that he didn’t know if I had a son or not but until he left that I had another one, that was the nicest thing I’ve ever heard from a technician he was grate.Nate and dallas were perfect with the scanning process and were efficient i high recommend restore pro.

Tree fell on house during Hurricane Ian and we experienced extensive damage to roof structure , the room below,gutters & trim, and shadow box fence. Unlike National Franchises, Restore Pro responded quickly . They were fair, customer oriented, and had excellent sub contractors who showed up on time,and worked efficiently. They were very flexible when it was necessary to use specific contractors to inorder to protect warranties. Drake Knight, Project Manager was responsive to any questions or concerns and treated us professionally and was always courteous in his communications. I would highly recommend.

RestorePro is wonderful. We had a fire with extensive smoke damage to our first and second floors. They were the first to arrive after the fire and really helped to guide us through the restoration process. Obie was excellent and made sure everything was done correctly. Our house is back to normal and looks so much better than before the fire.

Project manager Drake Knight was compassionate and extremely accommodating. He and his team addressed issues as they arose, always keeping me informed along the way. The flooring and drywall job was superb. I’m grateful for a house made whole once again.

I called Seth Higgenbotham at RestorePro Reconstruction of Greensboro on a Sunday afternoon. He had his team in contact with me within hours. We met on the job site in less than 48 hours. Progress began soon thereafter. Jeff Gordon at RestorePro Reconstruction is our Project Manager. From day one, he has been on top of things. Very professional, very thorough, and a good communicator. We are still stepping through our process, but everything Jeff has been involved with thus far has met our expectations, to the point I know I do not have to worry about the project because Jeff has it taken care of. I will resubmit another review at the conclusion of the project.

Hunter and his crew did a super job cleaning up water damage from a cracked toilet tank. Removed damaged flooring, checked to make sure all moisture was gone. Very thorough. Communication was great! Did not leave a mess. Would highly recommend!

We had some great help with Ryan Anderson at restore pro here in Greensboro. They came in and explained everything to us, made sure to leave room for questions (which we had plenty), provided boxes to take things off the top of the dressers. Everyone was very polite and it seemed like Ryan was training as well, he was thorough and thoughtful in his explanations to both us homeowner’s and the other employees. When I spoke with the other employee he was very kind and already well informed on the initial process. Our bathroom flooded and it was definitely a stressful experience but they made it a lot less so, simply by being so well informed/thorough and kind. Much appreciated guys, thank you!
