Our home had damage when hit by a Fed Ex truck. Repair included outside stone work, inside wall repair including drywall, baseboard replacement, and painting. The work was well done and we are very pleased. The painters were excellent and payed attention to every detail. Our project manager, Jeff Gordon, was accessible throughout the entire process. Their was good communication between the workers and us. The work was done at a fair price and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Michael Meadows is so great to work with in the insurance business. She takes great care of those we send her way; communication and attention to details is what this she all about!

Comment: The crew we had was wonderful! They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get everything removed out of the room they were working on (picture below was taken less than an hour after they started). I hope to never have to use RestorePro again (who wants water damage)but if I do, I will definitely call RestorePro.

We had a cat urine problem; RestorePro helped greatly in getting rid of the smell. They treated the entire area and paid extra attention to some specific trouble spots. They were easy to schedule with (including coordinating with our carpet removal/install) and even came back for a second coat on one particular spot at no extra charge. We appreciate their attention to detail and their customer service. And most importantly, no more cat smell!

RestorePro was super helpful in getting our bathroom dried out after a leak. Cameron & Lillian were especially helpful & informative throughout our process. We have an old house and asbestos was found in the drywall, and they were very helpful and having that professionally removed and working with our insurance company in our process as well. After a tree and flooding wiped out my house in Fall 2022, RestorePro reconstructed it from emergency tarp-up, water mitigation, pack-out, and rebuild. Every member of their customer-facing team - from back office accounts to rebuild project manager - was professional, cordial, honest, responsive, helpful, and compassionate the whole way from beginning to end. This review would be very long if I named every member of their team who deserves a shout-out for the help they gave to my wife and me during this stressful time. I would remiss, however, if I didn't thank Craig Ecenrode, our RestorePro project manager, who for the 9-month rebuild was a pleasure to work with: he not only made sure his crews did the highest quality work but also spoke to us by phone several times a week to keep us in the loop and met with us many times for project status reviews. I must also thank Katie Pierce, RestorePro estimator, who worked extra diligently with my wife and me to make sure we always had understandable and accurate numbers for this very large project. A dishwasher leak resulted in needing my entire flooring replaced on the ground level of my home. Leslie worked with me to pick out new flooring and then coordinated the entire job seamlessly. She even returned to inspect the completed job herself. I barely had to lift a finger - so thank you. xx

Where to start.. from the beginning Restorepro was very quick to respond and made things easy. I had water damage from a roof leak and needed a portion of my upstairs ceiling replaced. When I spoke with Lillian Capobianco after getting scheduled, I told her that I may need to delay the appointment because of course when it rains it pours, my AC just happened to go out around the same time I was set to have this work done. Due to needing to repair my AC I would be short on funds. She proactively offered to allow me to stay on schedule and to work with me and allow me to pay the remainder of the bill after an upcoming pay day. The biggest surprise though was when I was at work when they got to my house. She noticed water damage on my kitchen ceiling from a separate event that I was going to wait to get repaired when I had the funds to do so. I believe she possibly felt for me because of the bad events happening back to back and she repaired my kitchen ceiling at no cost to me. I was blown away by their generosity, professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend this company.

Picture this: you find the home of your literal dreams.. in this WILD market and two months later, you are passing through one room and the ceiling catches your eye... what was that?! And you see a ton of water damage that was definitely not there before, actively dripping all over everything. You start the wild search of what it could be coming from and realize the refrigerator line decided to not play nice with others and has drenched everything in protest, ruining not just the ceiling below but all your floors that were ever so polite to hide the damage from you to alert the issue in the first place. Thus, an insurance claim to USAA ensues (THANK YOU, USAA! WE LOVE YOU!) and they get ON. IT. FAST! This is where RestorePro comes into play - they were out here SO FAST I couldn't believe it! Best crew ever shows up and starts ripping away the damage so it stops causing further damage, and starts the drying process. Next comes the floor demo and replacement, toilet/sink removal and replacement, drywall replacement. I was crying at the beginning from sadness, shock, frustration of the water leak and these crews come sweeping in to make it BETTER than right! I could not have hoped for nor asked for a better company and better crews to handle everything. They are AMAZING and should be everyone's FIRST and ONLY call! David was our project manager and he was on top of everything and kept us updated at all times. Ana Sanchez checked in with us frequently and consistently to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and if we ever did (Only one time), she was on it! Mr. Hernandez and his flooring company did such a phenomenal job on our floors - I mean, my goodness, they're actual perfection, Norl Todd's Home Services, Inc made the ceiling look like perfection, as though nothing had ever happened, and last but not least, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing got the final touches put all back together. "THANK YOU" isn't strong enough. We are absolutely full of appreciation and gratitude to everyone for making our water-damaged house right again.
