So excited to share this review! After a home invasion, we were in a state of shock, not knowing what to do next. Our insurance company hooked us up with Restore Pro Reconstruction to secure our home after the break-in. They were here immediately (almost before I could put down the phone from the insurance people)! They immediately secured us so that we at least slept better that 1st night. But then, when I tell you, they followed up and took care of us every step of the way afterwards, believe it! Our project manager, Marvin Austin, made sure that each part of the process was understood and carried out to our satisfaction. Professionals all the way. My husband and I appreciated the open lines of communication throughout the process, the timeliness, and the quality of the work performed. He made sure at every step, that we were satisfied with the work. Highly recommend this company and our project manager to anyone needing work done.

I would like to commend project manager, Drake, for his leadership, and thank his crews, Seth, Cedric, and others at RestorePro for the very professional job that was done mitigating the shower leak in my home that involved damage to flooring. Drake was very attentive not only to my questions and suggestions but he was responsive to making sure that quality work was envisioned and ultimately implemented.

Drake did a wonderful job repair water damage in our home. He looked over our project from start to finish. I did not know where to start as this was my first insurance claim and he was able to guide me through the entire process. I have already referred him to a friend.

Our home had damage when hit by a Fed Ex truck. Repair included outside stone work, inside wall repair including drywall, baseboard replacement, and painting. The work was well done and we are very pleased. The painters were excellent and payed attention to every detail. Our project manager, Jeff Gordon, was accessible throughout the entire process. Their was good communication between the workers and us. The work was done at a fair price and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Comment: The crew we had was wonderful! They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get everything removed out of the room they were working on (picture below was taken less than an hour after they started). I hope to never have to use RestorePro again (who wants water damage)but if I do, I will definitely call RestorePro.

Everyone we dealt with at RestorePro and especially Lillian was very professional and extremely helpful as we navigated this situation. The repairs to my home were well done, beautiful and good quality.

From the time our house got flooded to the time we signed off on the repairs, RestorePro has been amazing to work with. From the office staff that helped us navigate our awful insurance company to keep things moving, to the team who mitigated the water damage within hours of calling, and to Craig Ecenrode who coordinated and managed the restoration of getting our house back to normal....nothing short of amazing!!!

As with any unforeseen circumstance like a flood, we were panicked and unsure of what to do. RestorePro was there every step of the way assuring us that we will get back to "normal".

We had a cat urine problem; RestorePro helped greatly in getting rid of the smell. They treated the entire area and paid extra attention to some specific trouble spots. They were easy to schedule with (including coordinating with our carpet removal/install) and even came back for a second coat on one particular spot at no extra charge.
