RestorePro was super helpful in getting our bathroom dried out after a leak. Cameron & Lillian were especially helpful & informative throughout our process. We have an old house and asbestos was found in the drywall, and they were very helpful and having that professionally removed and working with our insurance company in our process as well. Communication was excellent throughout the process.

Big Shoutout goes to RestorePro and Craig in particular. We had a task that seemed efficient on paper. We encountered a major hiccup in the process but Craig and his team were quick and diligent in keep things on task. I am completely satisfied with the professional work done and everyone involved with making my kitchen completely new and loveable.

After a tree and flooding wiped out my house in Fall 2022, RestorePro reconstructed it from emergency tarp-up, water mitigation, pack-out, and rebuild. Every member of their customer-facing team - from back office accounts to rebuild project manager - was professional, cordial, honest, responsive, helpful, and compassionate the whole way from beginning to end. This review would be very long if I named every member of their team who deserves a shout-out for the help they gave to my wife and me during this stressful time. I would remiss, however, if I didn't thank Craig Ecenrode, our RestorePro project manager, who for the 9-month rebuild was a pleasure to work with: he not only made sure his crews did the highest quality work but also spoke to us by phone several times a week to keep us in the loop and met with us many times for project status reviews. I must also thank Katie Pierce, RestorePro estimator, who worked extra diligently with my wife and me to make sure we always had understandable and accurate numbers for this very large project. I am also very grateful to Morgan Collins, RestorePro Client Care Coordinator, who reached out to us regularly throughout our long project to check if my wife and I had any questions or concerns about anything at all. A dishwasher leak resulted in needing my entire flooring replaced on the ground level of my home. Leslie worked with me to pick out new flooring and then coordinated the entire job seamlessly. She even returned to inspect the completed job herself. I barely had to lift a finger - so thank you. xx

Where to start.. from the beginning Restorepro was very quick to respond and made things easy. I had water damage from a roof leak and needed a portion of my upstairs ceiling replaced. When I spoke with Lillian Capobianco after getting scheduled, I told her that I may need to delay the appointment because of course when it rains it pours, my AC just happened to go out around the same time I was set to have this work done. Due to needing to repair my AC I would be short on funds. She proactively offered to allow me to stay on schedule and to work with me and allow me to pay the remainder of the bill after an upcoming pay day. The biggest surprise though was when I was at work when they got to my house. She noticed water damage on my kitchen ceiling from a separate event that I was going to wait to get repaired when I had the funds to do so. I believe she possibly felt for me because of the bad events happening back to back and she repaired my kitchen ceiling at no cost to me. I was blown away by their generosity, professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend this company.

Picture this: you find the home of your literal dreams.. in this WILD market and two months later, you are passing through one room and the ceiling catches your eye... what was that?! And you see a ton of water damage that was definitely not there before, actively dripping all over everything. You start the wild search of what it could be coming from and realize the refrigerator line decided to not play nice with others and has drenched everything in protest, ruining not just the ceiling below but all your floors that were ever so polite to hide the damage from you to alert the issue in the first place. Thus, an insurance claim to USAA ensues (THANK YOU, USAA! WE LOVE YOU!) and they get ON. IT. FAST! This is where RestorePro comes into play - they were out here SO FAST I couldn't believe it! Best crew ever shows up and starts ripping away the damage so it stops causing further damage, and starts the drying process. Next comes the floor demo and replacement, toilet/sink removal and replacement, drywall replacement. I was crying at the beginning from sadness, shock, frustration of the water leak and these crews come sweeping in to make it BETTER than right! I could not have hoped for nor asked for a better company and better crews to handle everything. They are AMAZING and should be everyone's FIRST and ONLY call! David was our project manager and he was on top of everything and kept us updated at all times. Ana Sanchez checked in with us frequently and consistently to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and if we ever did (Only one time), she was on it! Mr. Hernandez and his flooring company did such a phenomenal job on our floors - I mean, my goodness, they're actual perfection, Norl Todd's Home Services, Inc made the ceiling look like perfection, as though nothing had ever happened, and last but not least, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing got the final touches put all back together. "THANK YOU" isn't strong enough. We are absolutely full of appreciation and gratitude to everyone for making our water-damaged house right again.

I recently called in a claim for my parents house for water damage in their kitchen, pantry and dining room. Ashley Akins with RestorePro was contacted immediately and the crew was out in a matter of a few hours to begin the mitigation process. This company is top notch. My project managers were amazing and very responsive and courteous. The crews they brought in did great work. The flooring crew from Raleigh stayed until 8:30 pm just to get it all done in one day. The painting crew stayed until 7:00 pm as well. Getting it done and over with really helps the family get back to their life quickly.

I have been using Restore Pro for a couple of years now and they are here for me and my community whenever we call! They are quick with their price quotes and they get the job done fast with a timeline and follow-up so our residents can know how we are handling everything. Their communication is on point!
We have used them for fire and remediation and what's unique to their company is that they do literally everything! Most companies that help in these instances would not do the put-back or drywall repairs after remediation, but they do it all!

David was friendly, informative, and professional. He kept me informed and updated throughout the process. He was attentive and responsive, providing answers to my questions throughout the project with patience. Overall, the team was great and did a wonderful job!

I have had two great experiences with RestorePro. Both times it was a water leak (separate leaks that had nothing to do with each other) and they were amazing both times.
The first time they came they had to fix a water leak in my laundry room caused by my water meter getting replaced and I pretty much had a waterfall coming through my downstairs ceiling. I was so flustered and thankfully they were picked through my insurance (USAA) and made the whole process less scary since they deal with these things pretty regularly. I was so glad I knew who to call when I found mold in my bathroom about two years later (we assume the shower door was not sealed correctly and has slowly been leaking since the home has been built).
For both projects they were professional, clean (both times tile had to be torn out and I was amazed at how much they make sure they take care of your home as they are doing the demo). I was also super happy with the contractor who came and did the remodeling as he was always on time and was very talented in his trade (tile, paint, textured ceiling). They use contractors that care about what they do and will make sure things are done right.
They were also great at working with my schedule and between the project manager and the office someone is always making sure things are going well and is available for any questions or concerns. I really hope I don’t have to use them again lol but it’s good to know who to call when you have an emergency with your home.

CHRISTMAS WEEKEND AND WE HAD A LEAK FROM OUR KIDS BATHROOM THAT SEEPED THROUGH THE FLOOR TO OUR DOWNSTAIRS CEILING. Eric arrived same day WITHIN 30 MINUTES and began working. He was highly professional, responsive to my husbands questions, and easy to talk to. The company is amazing but Eric made it an exceptional and easy experience. Definitely worth the call. The professionalism and unbelievable responsiveness are unmatched!!! Lillian and her entire team at Restore Pro turned an unfortunate situation into a seamless resolution in record time. Additionally, every step was well communicated and agreed upon before any work was done. Therefore the end results were better than before because of Lillian's eye for details. There were too many others to name individually, but from the customer service to the water mitigation guys to the restoration vendors , you guys were so awesome with my home restoration...and for that I thank you all!!!!

I would highly recommend ReatorePro Reconstruction for all your home needs. I called Kristy for a remediation for water leak mold issue. Kristy had us on the schedule in a extremely fast period. RestorePro Reconstruction was out on our property within a day and started the remediation right away and had it done in a extremely fast time frame.

We called RestorePro when another remediation company found years of water damage in one of our exterior facing walls. Zach and Briana came out right away to let us know what our options and estimate would look like, and explained the entire process through with us. Eric was our project manager, and once he was on our property it took less than a week for all of the various crews to come by to resolve all of the damage and return our wall to a state of brand new! We had a few discrepancies on the estimate versus the final invoice, but Zach handled our concerns very professionally and respectfully, ensuring we were properly and entirely taken care of. Would hire again if ever in need of their services!
