This company is top notch. My project managers were amazing and very responsive and courteous. The crews they brought in did great work. The flooring crew from Raleigh stayed until 8:30 pm just to get it all done in one day. The painting crew stayed until 7:00 pm as well. Getting it done and over with really helps the family get back to their life quickly.

I have been using Restore Pro for a couple of years now and they are here for me and my community whenever we call! They are quick with their price quotes and they get the job done fast with a timeline and follow-up so our residents can know how we are handling everything. Their communication is on point! We have used them for fire and remediation and what's unique to their company is that they do literally everything! Most companies that help in these instances would not do the put-back or drywall repairs after remediation, but they do it all! So thankful for them! Shout out to Ashlee and Nick for helping us and getting us everything we need! Big fan

David was friendly, informative, and professional. He kept me informed and updated throughout the process. He was attentive and responsive, providing answers to my questions throughout the project with patience. Overall, the team was great and did a wonderful job!

I have had two great experiences with RestorePro. Both times it was a water leak (separate leaks that had nothing to do with each other) and they were amazing both times. The first time they came they had to fix a water leak in my laundry room caused by my water meter getting replaced and I pretty much had a waterfall coming through my downstairs ceiling. I was so flustered and thankfully they were picked through my insurance (USAA) and made the whole process less scary since they deal with these things pretty regularly. I was so glad I knew who to call when I found mold in my bathroom about two years later (we assume the shower door was not sealed correctly and has slowly been leaking since the home has been built). For both projects they were professional, clean (both times tile had to be torn out and I was amazed at how much they make sure they take care of your home as they are doing the demo). I was also super happy with the contractor who came and did the remodeling as he was always on time and was very talented in his trade (tile, paint, textured ceiling). They use contractors that care about what they do and will make sure things are done right. They were also great at working with my schedule and between the project manager and the office someone is always making sure things are going well and is available for any questions or concerns. I really hope I don’t have to use them again lol but it’s good to know who to call when you have an emergency with your home.

CHRISTMAS WEEKEND AND WE HAD A LEAK FROM OUR KIDS BATHROOM THAT SEEPED THROUGH THE FLOOR TO OUR DOWNSTAIRS CEILING. Eric arrived same day WITHIN 30 MINUTES and began working. He was highly professional, responsive to my husbands questions, and easy to talk to. The company is amazing but Eric made it an exceptional and easy experience. Definitely worth the call. Thank you!

The professionalism and unbelievable responsiveness are unmatched!!! Lillian and her entire team at Restore Pro turned an unfortunate situation into a seamless resolution in record time. Additionally, every step was well communicated and agreed upon before any work was done. Therefore the end results were better than before because of Lillian's eye for details. There were too many others to name individually, but from the customer service to the water mitigation guys to the restoration vendors , you guys were so awesome with my home restoration...and for that I thank you all!!!!

I would highly recommend ReatorePro Reconstruction for all your home needs. I called Kristy for a remediation for water leak mold issue. Kristy had us on the schedule in a extremely fast period. RestorePro Reconstruction was out on our property within a day and started the remediation right away and had it done in a extremely fast time frame.

We called RestorePro when another remediation company found years of water damage in one of our exterior facing walls. Zach and Briana came out right away to let us know what our options and estimate would look like, and explained the entire process through with us. Eric was our project manager, and once he was on our property it took less than a week for all of the various crews to come by to resolve all of the damage and return our wall to a state of brand new! We had a few discrepancies on the estimate versus the final invoice, but Zach handled our concerns very professionally and respectfully, ensuring we were properly and entirely taken care of. Would hire again if ever in need of their services!

Our home was flooded by a faulty dishwasher and we needed the tear out process done quickly to begin rebuilding. JR and his crew from RetorePro were incredible. Very professional and great work. A sprinkler busted on Christmas morning and flooded 24 apartments at my work. RestorePro was on site Christmas evening to assess and start working on clean-up and repair of the damage. They were very professional and worked very hard to get the job done. Great company.

house water heater broke and blew water out under the house for an estimated week. SERIOUS ramifications of course. These folks checked it out, evaluated it and began repairs as soon as they could. Kept me very well informed of their progress as well while answering my questions without fail.
