Everyone at RestorePro were very professional & willing to spend the time to explain what the processes to rebuilding our home after a fire. I would highly recommend this company.

We experienced fire at our home on January 27, 2022 which required building a new garage and work on the house all across the back of the house (new windows, sheetrock etc). Bad smoke damage inside which required a lot of repair. Obie with RestorePro with help from Antonio with Master Home Repair did an outstanding job in all aspects of the job. We would definitely highly recommend.

Anytime I reach out to this company in my business they always respond quickly and are in touch with my clients within a short amount of time. They address the issues and help my clients in a friendly, timely, professional manner.

It's not a good day when you have to call these professionals, but I am so thankful Craig Ecenrode and his team were there for us. After significant water damage from a failed commercial roof drainage system, RestorePro Reconstruction was wonderful to work with during every phase of our building's mold remediation and reconstruction. They even went 'above and beyond' coordinating with our insurance company, which greatly simplified actions I had to take to keep work progressing. Not only was Craig timely, but he communicated well with me along the journey clearly setting expectations (on both sides) for what would happen. The team at RestorePro has a servant's heart and it shows!

RestorePro came quickly when we identified a leak in our heating unit - due to their prompt and professional emergency service, water mitigation was completed quickly and damage to our home was minimal. Everyone on the team we worked with was courteous and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

The entire team at RestorePro were absolutely awesome. We had a leak behind the wall in our washroom, which damaged the adjoining master bedroom, and bathroom behind the shower and floors. From the minute they arrived, they were professional and very knowledgable about what needed to be done. They answered any questions that we had during the process. They always called first to confirm their arrival and was always on time. They kept the work area clean and secure. They protected my floors, always wore masks and took off their shoes when necessary. Josh and Juan worked very hard removing the damanaged walls and flooring. They set up the equipment and explained to us what they were trying to accomplish. They're an awesome team. The second team, who came in to take readings of the moisture content, were equally as professional and courteous. I am glad that I decided to work with RestorePro and would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need this kind of service. We are going into the reconstruction phase of this process after the New Year. I'll post a final review once the project is completed.

RestorePro was wonderful to work with. My water heater failed on me and water leaked under my vinyl flooring all over my first floor. The entire team was professional, timely and kind. I had multiple contacts through the stages of the process - Morgan, my Customer Care Coordinator, JR and Antonio on the Remediation part of the work, and Lillian, my project manager for the new floor installation. Each person was communicative and informative. The remediation team was timely and efficient in pulling up my floor and getting everything dried out, which gave me peace of mind. When that was done, Lillian brought over some wonderful samples of flooring to choose from. After I selected one, the installation day was less than a week later. Lillian also kept me updated on changes. I ended up needing to pick an alternative floor choice for several reasons. When they started installing the alternative and it was not exactly the color I had wanted, she had the installing process paused so she could send photos and verify that I was happy with it first. Throughout every step, Morgan also reached out several times to see if I had questions or concerns. There was a bit of time between Remediation and Installation where an estimate was being gotten and approved by insurance, and when I asked about where in the process we were, she immediately had that information for me on what step we were on and what would happen next. I now have new, beautiful floors thanks to the RestorePro team. I highly recommend them!

I would use again and HIGHLY recommend Restore Pros for any work in the future, we had nothing but an amazing experience with them. We specifically dealt with a toilet overflow that damaged a lot of the property. From water mitigation to repairs, we were happy with the experience from start until the job was completed. Communication is something that is very important texts and calls were returned promptly. With so many moving parts, I am so grateful we had such a good experience. Water Damage/Mitigation: The crew from Restore Pros fit me in that evening, the water clean up crew was very organized and paid close attention to detail. They took so many pictures, were very communicative. JR and his team (Josh and others) were great to work with. Water damage can be very stressful and they were their every step of the way. Insurance: I have State Farm and they were very familiar with RestorePro Reconstruction and knew the workers by name. The collaboration between my insurance and RestorePros was spectacular. Insurance can make the clean up and repairs hard sometimes, but RestorePros made the process seamless. Kathleen and the front office called weekly to make sure the work was being completed and we were happy along the way, any concerns were quickly addressed. For repairs I worked with Jamie and Jacob was my Project Manager, and the best I could have asked for. Jacob went ABOVE AND BEYOND with communication and making sure the home was restored to even better than before. He made sure every detail was taken care of, he was precise, professional and very timely. Jacob was very patient as quick decision making isn't always easy with flooring, carpet, light fixtures and etc... I highly recommend RestorePros and all those I may not have mentioned whom I worked with along the way!!!!!!!!

It’s not a good day when you need RestorePro but these guys were so good to work with they made the situation more bearable. They were here within an hour of being contacted and started work shortly thereafter. Tony and his crew worked long days including hours in a scorching attic to help dry me out after a leak in my hot water heater which is housed in the attic. They were very thorough, explained what they were doing and why and addressed all my concerns.

Lillian Capobianco is a real professional who looks out for a clients needs first. We used RestorPro for drying out our home after a pipe burst and they did an excellent job. When it was time to do the restoration, Lillian saw the scope of work, and recommended we use our own contractor since it was a better fit. It's truly-trust building to have a professional tell us that the scope of work was outside the core work of her own company. I can recommend this company knowing they will do what is best for the client and not take advantage of a situation. Thanks Lillian for all your help and hard work! I want to share how amazing the team at RestorePro is! I have worked in the multifamily industry and Real Estate industry for many years and Dave has been my Go To rep for a long time. Whenever there is an emergency in my professional world or for any of my friends or neighbors, I always have them call Dave immediately and he always has his crew out there asap! I just wanted to thank RestorePro for performing all the water mitigation work in my townhouse. We had a major event where the expansion pump burst and pretty much flooded the whole house since the water heater is located on the third floor. RestorePro was quick to deploy their team and equipment and had the situation under control in no time. I was afraid that after they dried up the house it was going to have a mildew smell, or mold but none of this, and I believe was because of their techniques. We had a small discrepancy with the insurance company but Corey from RestorePro was able to mitigate the situation and assist me in getting all covered, he was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. We used RestorePro to repair our hardwood floors that were damaged due to a leaky dishwasher. Julio was assigned as our project manager after the mitigation process. He kept us informed on what was going on and what the next steps would be. Never were we left guessing or not knowing what was next. Very professional. RestorePro would call weekly to check-in and would ask if we had questions or concerns. Our experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone.

Thursday 4-21-22,I placed a call to the local Greensboro office and I spoke with Katie. After obtaining my information Katie assured I would receive a call regarding next steps sooner than later. Within 15-20 mins Phillip called to advise his crew was completing a job and I would be next on the list. To my surprise Nate called and introduced himself as a representative for RestorePro. Nate and Kevin arrived within time suggested and were very professional. Both were eager to find the water problem and to resolve any issue our home was facing. After conversation and approval Nate and Kevin started searching and found a source of the problem. Katie, Phillip, Nate and Kevin are incredible and I am on a cloud based upon the service received in a fast quick manner .I did not believe service would be that quick due to current situation our economy is in with short staffing of employees in the service industry. The entire team at RestorePro has been fantastic so far. We had a water line leak on the first floor that made it's way through the walls and under the hardwood floors. The demo portion of the work is complete and Corey, Justin and team have been fantastic. They are very professional and helped answer all our questions. They always called forst and were on time for every visit. The next phase (reconstruction) will begin soon with RestorePro and they have been a great team to work with so far!!!

Leslie and Jeff are doing a great job so far with mitigation, cleaning and restoration of our rental property. We have been truly satisfied with the response and attention to detail. Keep up the good work.

Very professional and wonderful customer service. Made my restoration as easy as possible for me and my family. They explain the process and follow-up regularly to make sure the job is going well. They have a great team working for them and they listen to questions and concerns and do all that they can to make the customer happy. Grateful to the patience and guidance I received from my project manager, Obie. He followed up with all my questions and got the job done in a timely manner while also working around my work schedule.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with this company. Jeff Gordon, the project manager, is a wonderful person to work with. He is on top of everything and takes time to listen to any concerns we may have. Jeff has the best workers on the job and we are seeing unbelievable progress. I highly recommend this company for any type of work that you may need to have done.
