I want to share how amazing the team at RestorePro is! I have worked in the multifamily industry and Real Estate industry for many years and Dave has been my Go To rep for a long time. Whenever there is an emergency in my professional world or for any of my friends or neighbors, I always have them call Dave immediately and he always has his crew out there asap! They are extremely fast to respond (important during a flood emergency), and their quality of service and work is superb! Thank you Dave and team for all you do!!!

I just wanted to thank RestorePro for performing all the water mitigation work in my townhouse. We had a major event where the expansion pump burst and pretty much flooded the whole house since the water heater is located on the third floor. RestorePro was quick to deploy their team and equipment and had the situation under control in no time. I was afraid that after they dried up the house it was going to have a mildew smell, or mold but none of this, and I believe was because of their techniques. We had a small discrepancy with the insurance company but Corey from RestorePro was able to mitigate the situation and assist me in getting all covered, he was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend RestorePro

We used RestorePro to repair our hardwood floors that were damaged due to a leaky dishwasher.
Julio was assigned as our project manager after the mitigation process. He kept us informed on what was going on and what the next steps would be. Never were we left guessing or not knowing what was next. Very professional.
RestorePro would call weekly to check-in and would ask if we had questions or concerns.
Our experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone.

Thursday 4-21-22,I placed a call to the local Greensboro office and I spoke with Katie. After obtaining my information Katie assured I would receive a call regarding next steps sooner than later. Within 15-20 mins Phillip called to advise his crew was completing a job and I would be next on the list. To my surprise Nate called and introduced himself as a representative for RestorePro. Nate and Kevin arrived within time suggested and were very professional. Both were eager to find the water problem and to resolve any issue our home was facing. After conversation and approval Nate and Kevin started searching and found a source of the problem. Katie, Phillip, Nate and Kevin are incredible and I am on a cloud based upon the service received in a fast quick manner .I did not believe service would be that quick due to current situation our economy is in with short staffing of employees in the service industry. The entire team at RestorePro has been fantastic so far. We had a water line leak on the first floor that made it's way through the walls and under the hardwood floors. The demo portion of the work is complete and Corey, Justin and team have been fantastic. They are very professional and helped answer all our questions. They always called forst and were on time for every visit. The next phase (reconstruction) will begin soon with RestorePro and they have been a great team to work with so far!!!

Leslie and Jeff are doing a great job so far with mitigation, cleaning and restoration of our rental property. We have been truly satisfied with the response and attention to detail. Keep up the good work.

Very professional and wonderful customer service. Made my restoration as easy as possible for me and my family. They explain the process and follow-up regularly to make sure the job is going well. They have a great team working for them and they listen to questions and concerns and do all that they can to make the customer happy. Grateful to the patience and guidance I received from my project manager, Obie. He followed up with all my questions and got the job done in a timely manner while also working around my work schedule.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with this company. Jeff Gordon, the project manager, is a wonderful person to work with. He is on top of everything and takes time to listen to any concerns we may have. Jeff has the best workers on the job and we are seeing unbelievable progress. I highly recommend this company for any type of work that you may need to have done.

Bradley was my Project Manager for my repairs. My concerns that I may have had were addressed and resolved. In the middle of my repairs I became ill and was hospitalized for several days. I explained by situation and Bradley was very considerate and Patient giving me time to recover so that I could get the project completed. Thanks Bradley!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with RestorePro! Obie, Dalton, and the guys at Carpets by Direct did a great job replacing my kitchen and dining room floors that were damaged by water. I highly recommended using RestorePro for any home issues!

Drake Knight was my project manager who was in charge of replacing a bathtub and flooring in 2 of my bathrooms. We are very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. The entire process took 4 months, but that was not their fault - it was Home Depot's fault (shame on you, Home depot). Drake was both patient and understanding to my frustrations and worked hard to ensure Home Depot was fulfilling their end of the bargain- he called them and showed up at the store relentlessly. Drake went above and beyond with putting up with my barking dogs and would consistently take pictures and videos to show me the work when I was not home. Drake always responded by both text and phone call in a timely manner. Would hire Restore Pro and/or Drake Knight in any future home project!

Brad with RestorePro did a great job as our project manager. The installer, Dalton, was incredibly talented and not only installed the new flooring and trim, but the new sink and toilet as well. The subcontractors who did the sheet rock and painting were excellent too.

Obie, Ana, Dalton & I’m sure there are others, did an awesome job at my parents home. My parents are older, & I worried about who was coming in & out of their home when they had their water damage. Obie gave us all peace of mind. Thanks again!!!

Our refrigerator leaked causing water damage. We called Restore Pro and they were right on it accessing damage. We worked with Bradley Berridge and he took care of our every need. Our new floors look beautiful the whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were a great company to work with! I would highly reccomend them!!

Restore Pro was a wonderful company to deal with after a chimney leak. Drake went above and beyond to do everything possible to make the process go as smoothly as he did. All employees are great people to work with, and our house is now restored to better than new!

Leslie was knowledgeable and diligent, breaking the storm damage into understandable parts with associated costs, and explaining the process to us. She had a crew onsite in very short time to get the trees removed and the roof water tight. Although we’ve been in this house for 20 years, we held our homeowners insurance through our bank and had never actually read our policy. She was able to help us understand the process and know what to expect bringing both empathy and expertise. We’re very grateful to have been referred to her and RestorePro.

Excellent service and very professional. They showed up quickly even in adverse weather conditions when roads were iced over. Addressed the problem and had a solution in place quickly.

We recently used Restore Pro for some water damage inside our home. We were assigned David Johnson as our project manager and couldn’t be happier. The company did an outstanding job communicating, and responding quickly. We had flooring torn up and new installed, dry wall and painting done, the entire job came out clean and beautiful. Katie in the office, was wonderful to communicate with. David did an outstanding job coordinating and completing all tasks. He was personable and professional. I highly recommend and would again myself use this company.

I contacted RestorPro in mid October after discovering that toilet was leaking due to an improper wax ring that installed by Progressive Plumbing when they reinstalled my toilet during a flooring installation by Home Depot. Even after Progressive Plumbing accepted full responsibility it took almost 2 months for them to approve the restoration of my home ( I would never recommend Progressive Plumbing ) ...The staff at RestorepPro from Anna who kept me informed of the status of my project weekly to Obie,,my Project Manager, who once he recieved approval to proceed expedited the completion of the job and to Dalton ,who did a very professional and absolutely wonderful job of transforming my bathroom to an oasis which my wife and I thoroughly enjoy.......Thank You ReStorePro / Greensboro ... I would recommend ,Obie and Dalton anytime you need work done in your home
