Job Completion Survey - Restoration

Bradley was my Project Manager for my repairs. My concerns that I may have had were addressed and resolved. In the middle of my repairs I became ill and was hospitalized for several days. I explained by situation and Bradley was very considerate and Patient giving me time to recover so that I could get the project completed. Thanks Bradley!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with RestorePro! Obie, Dalton, and the guys at Carpets by Direct did a great job replacing my kitchen and dining room floors that were damaged by water. I highly recommended using RestorePro for any home issues!

Drake Knight was my project manager who was in charge of replacing a bathtub and flooring in 2 of my bathrooms. We are very pleased with both the experience and the finished product. The entire process took 4 months, but that was not their fault - it was Home Depot's fault (shame on you, Home depot). Drake was both patient and understanding to my frustrations and worked hard to ensure Home Depot was fulfilling their end of the bargain- he called them and showed up at the store relentlessly. Drake went above and beyond with putting up with my barking dogs and would consistently take pictures and videos to show me the work when I was not home. Drake always responded by both text and phone call in a timely manner. Would hire Restore Pro and/or Drake Knight in any future home project!

Brad with RestorePro did a great job as our project manager. The installer, Dalton, was incredibly talented and not only installed the new flooring and trim, but the new sink and toilet as well. The subcontractors who did the sheet rock and painting were excellent too.

Obie, Ana, Dalton & I’m sure there are others, did an awesome job at my parents home. My parents are older, & I worried about who was coming in & out of their home when they had their water damage. Obie gave us all peace of mind. Thanks again!!!

Our refrigerator leaked causing water damage. We called Restore Pro and they were right on it accessing damage. We worked with Bradley Berridge and he took care of our every need. Our new floors look beautiful the whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were a great company to work with! I would highly reccomend them!!

Restore Pro was a wonderful company to deal with after a chimney leak. Drake went above and beyond to do everything possible to make the process go as smoothly as he did. All employees are great people to work with, and our house is now restored to better than new!

Leslie was knowledgeable and diligent, breaking the storm damage into understandable parts with associated costs, and explaining the process to us. She had a crew onsite in very short time to get the trees removed and the roof water tight. Although we’ve been in this house for 20 years, we held our homeowners insurance through our bank and had never actually read our policy. She was able to help us understand the process and know what to expect bringing both empathy and expertise. We’re very grateful to have been referred to her and RestorePro.

Excellent service and very professional. They showed up quickly even in adverse weather conditions when roads were iced over. Addressed the problem and had a solution in place quickly.

We recently used Restore Pro for some water damage inside our home. We were assigned David Johnson as our project manager and couldn’t be happier. The company did an outstanding job communicating, and responding quickly. We had flooring torn up and new installed, dry wall and painting done, the entire job came out clean and beautiful. I contacted RestorPro in mid October after discovering that toilet was leaking due to an improper wax ring that installed by Progressive Plumbing when they reinstalled my toilet during a flooring installation by Home Depot. Even after Progressive Plumbing accepted full responsibility it took almost 2 months for them to approve the restoration of my home ( I would never recommend Progressive Plumbing ) ...The staff at RestorepPro from Anna who kept me informed of the status of my project weekly to Obie,,my Project Manager, who once he recieved approval to proceed expedited the completion of the job and to Dalton ,who did a very professional and absolutely wonderful job of transforming my bathroom to an oasis which my wife and I thoroughly enjoy.......Thank You ReStorePro / Greensboro ...
