My wife and I are retired and very particular about the cleanliness of our home. After a dishwasher leak onto hardwood flooring, RestorePro was on the job within 24 hours of the call on a Sunday. We had stopped the leaked and suctioned up the water immediately. Cory and his crew quickly removed the kitchen cabinets, appliances and affected hardwood flooring. Drying was immediately commenced both in the house and underneath. The damaged portion of the house was encapsulated in plastic with zipper openings for easy access and the subfloor covered with heavy cardboard. The crew checked daily (including weekends) on the drying process. We most appreciated their communication, arriving when promised, their courtesy and attention to detail with a minimum of mess. There is no way to make this a pleasant experience but Cory and the crew made it is as tolerable as possible. We are using RestorePro for the reconstruction and will highly recommend them to our friends when the need arises.

They came out and removed the damaged area, saw that they wet area was dried out completely and then said they could start the repair within a week. Very professional. Always wore their masks. Answered our questions quickly and fully. Highly recommend them.
