Thank you RestorePro! Josh and Travis are wonderful. Made my home look like nothing ever happened. They made something that was overwhelming turn into a stress free claim.

The RestorePro mitigation time was very professional and the response time exceeded my expectations. They sent a team to my home the day I contacted them. I had clean-up and drying equipment day one. After that they inspected the equipment daily to ensure everything was working as it should. Thank you to Josh Oliver, JR, and Corey for the great service.

Zach and Dustin were amazing! We lost our home to a house fire a few weeks back. They were prompt and very professional. They took care of so many things that we wouldn’t have imagined would have to be taken care of. Dustin called every morning to see what we needed and made it happen! We lost a pet in the fire and they handled all of the arrangements for our sweet dog! Would highly recommend this team!

If you have a water loss from a toilet supply line...Frank and Zach are the best! Very responsive and communicated through the process. What would’ve been a nightmare to deal with, these guys handle it with speed and professionalism. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are retired and very particular about the cleanliness of our home. After a dishwasher leak onto hardwood flooring, RestorePro was on the job within 24 hours of the call on a Sunday. We had stopped the leaked and suctioned up the water immediately. Cory and his crew quickly removed the kitchen cabinets, appliances and affected hardwood flooring. Drying was immediately commenced both in the house and underneath. The damaged portion of the house was encapsulated in plastic with zipper openings for easy access and the subfloor covered with heavy cardboard. The crew checked daily (including weekends) on the drying process. We most appreciated their communication, arriving when promised, their courtesy and attention to detail with a minimum of mess. There is no way to make this a pleasant experience but Cory and the crew made it is as tolerable as possible. We are using RestorePro for the reconstruction and will highly recommend them to our friends when the need arises.

They came out and removed the damaged area, saw that they wet area was dried out completely and then said they could start the repair within a week. Very professional. Always wore their masks. Answered our questions quickly and fully. Highly recommend them.

This company was very impressive, we had a flood in one of our hotels and it was on a Sunday, from my first call to Dave, he was very helpful and had his team contact me within a half hour, Corey came and inspected our damage and had my quote within 15 minutes once I got an ok on them coming I text them and they told me a time they would be there, when the time got close they text me and let me know they were running a little bit late and told me a new time and was there before the new time, the gentleman that came (I forgot their names) was very professional and respectful and they got right to work, when Corey submitted the invoice it was actually the price they quoted and no surprise added money, we will definitely use this company again, great job fellows

Our small business was affected by covid and had to close for five days until everyone was tested. We also needed the store covid cleaned before coming back to ensure all was good. I got a call at 5pm for a 6pm appt, They were there on site before 530. Tech was courteous and professional. He called when completed so I was able to set the alarm later. I could smell the clean after the foggers and everything he wiped down. Thanks so much
