Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Grady was the first person I had contact with. Just talking with him made me want to hire this group! Then Kennedy set up looking at the problem. She was helpful in getting the ball rolling and helping show the insurance company the damage needing repair. Bradley was the one who went to scope out the work and set things up. They came when they said they would and did the job well and in the timeframe they set. They were all communicative and sensitive to my long distance and to the tenant as well. I am pleased with them and the results of their work!

We had a great experience with RestorePro Construction’s flood and water mitigation team. Charlie and Nick walked into what felt like a disaster area and managed to remove all the damaged materials and initiate the necessary flood mitigation in a single day. Tim and Will C. followed up throughout the week, checking water saturation levels and adjusting or removing equipment as needed. Ashley, the project manager, was communicative and came out to the site to oversee the work being done. The entire team was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to detail. They were also empathetic to our situation and took the time to listen to our concerns. During an incredibly stressful time, they were a reliable and reassuring presence. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend RestorePro to anyone facing a similar situation.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt on the restoration of my home after a toilet overflow caused damage upstairs and downstairs. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns. My home project was assigned to a different manager who all of a sudden did not return. After 2.5 weeks I called Restore Pro and they referred me back to Mike Britt. Mike was very apologetic and quickly came back to my home to find out the status. He had his crew on the job post haste and made sure all aspects of the project was to my liking. Mike was able to remount my television even after the previous manager’s crew forgot to leave the area of the wall open for remounting. I’ve found that restoration takes a lot of patience and time. However, whenever I texted with a question, Mike, would always answer in a timely manner. Update: I am now four weeks into this project and still living in a hotel room. My damaged carpets are still sitting in my house. Nothing has happened with phase 2. Additionally, I got a ridiculous bill from this company for the first phase which included thousands of dollars worth of work that they did not do. (Some of it was work that I actually did myself or hired other people to do. Some of it was Work that still hasn’t been done) . I cannot get anyone from the billing department of the company to call me back or email me back after a week of trying. I am really disappointed. There are so many things that have been damaged in my home through this process that I don’t even know where to turn. What a nightmare. After a big letdown by another company first, this team came in ready to take action and get things done! I have to give a huge shoutout to Jahir for his attention to detail, positive attitude, and level of compassion. I knew that when he was onsite at my home for this initial cleanup and drying out process, that I could trust what was happening, and that I didn’t need to stand there and supervise. I felt very confident with Jahir and his team, lead by their project manager Leo. Leo was responsive, kind, and detail oriented. Thank you guys! I hope that the phase two team will live up to my expectations now!

Technicians Jonathan Mondragon and Alam Zagada came to my home after 8pm on a Monday to help with severe damage from a huge leak that happened on Sunday. They made it their priority when no one, not even the plumber thought it was important enough to come out right away. They were courteous, thorough, respectful and made me feel like my family and our unfortunate situation mattered and was just as much their concern as it is ours. I would recommend them to any and everyone that will listen. I pray this never happens again but if it does. I know who to call. Thanks guys.

Chad, Kennedy and Justin were efficent and very communicative throughout the restoration process needed after our house fire. They responded the first morning we reached out to them and began mitigation work same-day. It was a huge relief to have them get to work so quickly. I was really bummed that we had a flood while on vacation, but our despair has been offset by the reassurance, professionalism, and conscientiousness of our ReStore project manager, Jeff Gordon. He and his team continue to exceed expectations!

As soon as I contracted with another company to proceed with the addition of a screened in patio, the interior of the back side of my townhome was damaged by a mystery water leak — wall and flooring. We’re in the process of demolishing pergola and cover to assess the occurrence of additional leakage. Gary, our Project Manager, has been instrumental in leading the mitigation team and am sure the repair work will be skillfully completed. Clay, a door specialist, just repaired a stuck and non-closing back door on the affected wall side. So appreciative!

I just want to take a moment to give credit where it’s due. The Fayetteville team went above and beyond! Mr. Amouri and Mr. Aiden made me feel genuinely cared for — their smiles and positive energy brightened the whole experience.
