I had a fantastic experience with RestorePro. I had water damage from a broken pipe on a second floor level. They did the drying out and repairs and did a fabulous job. They were very prompt with all the work. I never had to hound anyone to get things done. Mike was my project manager and I could not have asked for anyone more competent or efficient. He did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone who need repairs. Thanks guys for all your hard work in getting my house back in order.

I called Restoration Pros when my basement flooded. Tim and Nick showed up and got to work. They were thorough and made sure we understood every step of the process. They were also very pleasant and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend this team again!

Update: Buyer Beware I was told numerous times by my project manager that I had no worries about the work being done because I had a five year warranty. I had issues right away with the floor in my son's room. They did come and repair it but the issues continued with the LVP separating and planks popping up throughout the house. Mind you I am year and half to two years out - called the company. They sent someone out who agreed the floor was improperly installed. I called about a week after his visit to be told that because I had state farm I only had a 1 year warranty. I am currently pursuing this with State Farm and WRAL. The documents I signed were digital and when I tried to pull them up they are unavailable. Make copies of everything and check the small print of which there is ALOT! I will update once I have more information. This was my first experience with a major water leak caused by a leak from my ice maker. Aaron from Restore Pro Mitigation was the first person outside of my insurance adjuster to assess the problem and give me guidance. Aaron went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He answered questions about how the process works and what to expect next. So far I've only had the mitigation part completed and awaiting an estimate for reconstruction. I can't say enough how appreciative I was of Aaron's professionalism and assistance to make the process run smoothly!! The work he and his team did was unbelievable - professional and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend their services if you find yourself in such a situation as to need them!!

Reasonable price Services Flood clean-up

Our Project manager, Chad, with Restore Pro Recontruction Inc. was in tune with our needs and very helpful when considering the new needs of an older family when remodeling after a fire at our family home. The home looks beautiful and is now a much loved family home again. He made an awful experience into something that has been a real blessing!

We hired RestorePro Reconstruction Inc. for a mold issue in our master bathroom. Hunter, the project manager/inspector, who came out to investigate the mold problem area in the bathroom, did a very thorough job and explained the remediation process very clearly and in depth. His crew led by Amal did an excellent job, were efficient and very careful(they carried out debris from bathroom to truck in sealed plastic bags to limit possible mold spore spread to other areas of our house).

Couldn’t have asked for a more cheerful interaction in such moldy confusion in my home. During the initial analysis, Cam was knowledgeable and very reassuring even though the source at the time was unknown.

Jahir Zauori has done a great job. Good communication up front, they've worked quickly and more importantly, cleanly.

I really appreciate everything that Jeff has done. I know that I've been maybe a little too hard to get along with. But I haven't meant to but I've been through a lot with my son's day at the during all this and and my dog in another place so. I'm be so glad when we get out of here and hes really worth hard to get me out and I really appreciate it. Hes a good guy.

Both Jeff and his company were on time---every time Both Jeff and his company had the answers to all questions asked and many times with solid recommendations about how best to proceed with our WATER DAMAGE CLAIM. Wonderful experience!!! We had a fire in our spare bathroom. We reached out to Ashlee with restore pros and immediately we received a call from Katie, who did our scope of work, who scheduled an appointment with us to come in the next day to inspect and write up our damage. Both Katie and Ashlee showed up the next day on time and were very empathetic to our situation. They assured us we were in good hands, and we were. Our insurance adjuster showed up just before them and asked who we were working with. Once we told them Ashlee and Katie from restore pros, he immediately said I have worked with them before and they were homes and reputable people. From the point our adjuster approved the scope we delt with Matt and his team. Matt, Bricen and Criss went out of their way to make sure not to only answer every question we had, no matter how silly, and even made sure to explain clearly the process so we understood what was going to be happening during our repair. They were very good when we stopped by to explain what they were doing. The end result is you can’t even tell the fire happened. If you ever have this unfortunate thing happen to you. Rest assured if Ashlee, Katie, Matt, Bricen and Chris are on your job you will not be disappointed!!
