Jeff Gordon and crew restored my mother’s home from a fire and done a fantastic job! Jeff is very thoughtful, inspiring, and professional. His experienced crew worked hard for 8 months on the restoration of the home. We are very grateful, thankful, and satisfied with all the work from RestorePro.

Chad and the team at RestorePro did a phenomenal job with helping restore my home after a tree fell onto the roof and into the master bedroom during Hurricane Helene! They made the coordination and the back and forth with insurance less of a headache by being very pro-active and diligent with staying on top of it with the adjusters and assisting in getting everything approved in a timely manner. Then once we got the green light to go ahead with reconstruction, their individual department teams were in and out in less than 2 weeks time , coordinating well with my schedule, and providing an excellent job well done with the quality craftsmanship of all the finished work on the house. I Would highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone no matter how small or large the job, for how much they helped me out and made this process as least stressful as possible and were pleasant to work with on the day to day operations as well! 20 out of 10!

Had a water issue at our home and was referred to Restore Pro from our insurance company. Our project manager Dalton was fantastic! He was very professional and communication was everything you could hope for. I would highly recommend them.

Our dishwasher malfunctioned and partially flooded our house. We called Restore and they were at our house within 1.5 hours. Ashley, Zavori, and Antonio and the others were all responsive and helpful and got everything under control quickly. I couldn't be happier with their services. Would recommend them highly.

Comment: Our insurance company recommended RestorePro after a waterline leak in our kitchen affected almost the entire first floor of our home as well as our crawl space. Leo and his team were on site right away and took care of the several days of drying out that was required. As a result of the leak, all flooring had to be replaced, along with drywall work and repainting. Not an easy task with three adults and 4 animals living here. After the water/mold mitigation, project manager Hayden Switzer stepped in and connected us with a Temporary Housing company who situated us and the pets for 10 days while the work was being done. Hayden also arranged for the move out/move in company, the materials and supplies that needed to be ordered/delivered and the crew who did the work. Last but not least, the cleaning crew who came in after the work and cleaned very thoroughly. Many many thanks to these guys who made a difficult sitation much easier to tolerate by always being available, professional and caring.

From the first moment that they arrived on scene every interaction with this company has been stelllar . The damage was from a residential fire that caused significant water damage to my commercial business. My first interaction was with Jacob and Leo. They were knowledgeable and helpful in such a stressful situation. The entire 4 week process every team member that was in the space working were professional , friendly and an expert at their craft. The final day of removing plastic , unloading the pods and getting things clean and organized were done by two young men named Zavari and Charlie. They were so helpful and worked very hard making sure everything was completed to my needs. Would highly recommend Restore Pro.

We had to call on Restore Pro to repair damage from a water line leak. They were very quick to respond to our call and arrived on the same day to start the clean up. Gloria was the project manager assigned to our job. It was a pleasure to work with her and all the team members. RestorePro was exceptional in time of arrival to my home's water disaster. Their team was professional and extremely kind. Ramone took the lead on demolishing and tearing out the damage. Just had Hunter out to do an assessment. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Very professional and kind. The response time by all team members so far has been excellent.

Gloria Santana and her team did such a wonderful job of putting my house back together after the fire. Absolutely excellent. When they finished, the house looked better than it did when it was brand new. She went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend and commend her and Restorepro for their professional expertise.

I’d give RestorePro a 5+ if I could. We worked with both a mitigation team and the restoration team. Josh Goins and Hayden Switzer were incredible to work with. We had a slow leak in a second story shower that caused damage to both second story bathrooms and affected the ceilings below. The bathrooms were both gutted and I was nervous. Both teams were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. The tile installation was done by a true craftsman and the outcome was beyond my expectations.

The dishwasher flooded the kitchen during the middle of selling our condo. We had a closing date set and were panicking. Hayden made sure the work was done by the closing date. And even with the rush, everyone was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
