Jeff's awesome!! Our house sustained a lot of damage during the hurricane, luckily our insurance agent recommended Jeff at Restore Pro. He was up at our house before the roads were repaired and has handled everything. He had someone remove the trees from our roof and tarp it, before any of our neighbors could even get a quote. This has been a horrendous experience, but having someone like Jeff handling everything has made things so much easier. I cannot recommend enough.

Jahir Fong and Zavon Dixon did an exceptional job for us. They were professional, courteous, friendly and competent. Josh was also an exceptional manager for the process. All of the staff who worked in our project were great. We are very pleased with their service.

Had a water leak in my bathroom and called RestorePro. Josh and JR came out and handled the mitigation and were phenomenal. They were very professional, efficient, organized and the communication was outstanding. They walked me through the whole process and kept in contact with me throughout. John Russell and Isaac Edge are the true reason our home got put back together from water damage. They are truly the best and will take care of you from start to finish! As a local insurance agent in Wilmington, I have referred RestorePro to several customers. All of my customers have had nothing but great things to say about their experience with RestorePro, so last week when a water supply line malfunctioned and poured a large amount of water on my agency's floor, I made a call to Tammy. Within an hour Austin arrived and immediately got to work. He took moisture readings and set up drying fans and dehumidifiers. Later that day Rayford and Alex stopped by to check on the progress. Rayford took the time to explain my options then create a gameplan to correct the issue with the least amount of disruption to my business. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that!! They followed up with me throughout the process and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. 5 stars actually seems low for the service, professionalism and results that we received from RestorePro Reconstruction.

We recently had our house repaired by Restore Pro Reconstruction after experiencing fire damage, and I can't say enough good things about them! From start to finish, they were communicative and timely with all the information. They completed quality work, and the crew was fantastic to work with. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of restoration work.

My insurance company recommended RestorePro following a hidden leak in the master bathroom which caused major damage before it was detected. Started working with Jamie Woods, who was great. I had gut-renovated the three-room bathroom 2 1/2 years before the leak. It was a fully custom job, including custom made cabinet work. So not a typical job. Much of what RestorePro did was good work; I particularly appreciated that the custom vanity was carefully diaassembled and rebuilt, and the large floor tiles were seamlessly replaced where the subfloor was damaged. Also the painter did an excellent job. However the custom-sized walk-in shower and a few other small areas were not rebuilt correctly. This was a serious issue because of a recent major injury I sustained which made the rebuilt shower unsafe for me to use. The company did agree and accepted responsibility. Unfortunately it took significant time and back-and-forth to resolve the issues and have the work corrected. But shout out to Jamie Woods, who was terrific helping to navigate through the issues, and in the end I am satisfied with the resolution.

Comment: Matt Trembley with RestorePro has been the absolute BEST. I had a concern and called the office and he called me back DIRECTLY to address my issue and had the issue resolved in just a short few of days. He was sincere and I can tell that he is compassionate about what he does. He is a great asset to this team and I could not let this go unnoticed. Thank you again Matt. Continue doing what you do. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the service I received from this company and would recommend highly. Tyler and his crew acted swiftly and efficiently at mitigating our water leak issues and were respectful of my home and always made it feel as if I could reach them anytime. Cody the Mitigation Supervisor completed a follow walk through and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable sharing the next steps needed to get everything back as it was before leak. I am grateful to all of the staff that I had spoken with, they helped make a traumatic experience manageable and will be the very first company I will call if the unfortunate circumstances occur again. On St. Patrick’s day evening, we had a sewer backup in our home caused by Metro net fiber optics cables impeding our sewer lines. Anthony and Alex from RestorePro came to our rescue. They were at my house promptly and began the process of sanitizing our home and removing items contaminated by the sewage. They have kept in touch every step of the way, explaining the process. I couldn’t be more happier with the service we received.

I noticed a mold/mildew smell coming from my bottom cabinet. Was referred to RestorePro. Julie got started right away with helping handle my insurance claim and Austin evaluate and got started on the demo. Once the demo was complete and the outside repaired and dried in. Mark and his team, Jaime and Rod had the task of putting my kitchen back together. So helpful and wonderful to work with. Chad Edwards with Restore Pro has some great honest workers, remolded my kitchen from tearing out old and replacing them with new, plus painting my ceiling and electrical work They do it all, I would recommend them above all.
