RestorePro was exceptional in time of arrival to my home's water disaster. Their team was professional and extremely kind. Ramone took the lead on demolishing and tearing out the damage. He was delicate with my home and took charge of the situation. What a caring and knowledgeable person. They made a terrible situation into a "process of rebuilding".

RestorePro is wonderful and such a blessing at a very traumatic time in my life when a tree fell on my house and I didn't know where to begin! I was so thankful they were there from the beginning until the end! Seth was there on the very next day along with my Insurance agent to get things lined up! They were very professional and truly cared about my situation and wanted to make sure everything was covered! Then they sent in a great Contractor, Chad Edwards! He was so helpful, professional, and kind! He always checked with me about what I wanted as he rebuilt my house. Chad and his team did an excellent job! I am so thankful for everyone who played a part in the Restoration of my beautiful home!! Thank you all!

Just had Hunter out to do an assessment. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Very professional and kind. The response time by all team members so far has been excellent.

Gloria Santana and her team did such a wonderful job of putting my house back together after the fire. Absolutely excellent. When they finished, the house looked better than it did when it was brand new. She went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend and commend her and Restorepro for their professional expertise.

I’d give RestorePro a 5+ if I could. We worked with both a mitigation team and the restoration team. Josh Goins and Hayden Switzer were incredible to work with.

We had a slow leak in a second story shower that caused damage to both second story bathrooms and affected the ceilings below. The bathrooms were both gutted and I was nervous. Both teams were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. The tile installation was done by a true craftsman and the outcome was beyond my expectations.

The dishwasher flooded the kitchen during the middle of selling our condo. We had a closing date set and were panicking. Hayden made sure the work was done by the closing date. And even with the rush, everyone was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.

Jeff's awesome!! Our house sustained a lot of damage during the hurricane, luckily our insurance agent recommended Jeff at Restore Pro. He was up at our house before the roads were repaired and has handled everything. He had someone remove the trees from our roof and tarp it, before any of our neighbors could even get a quote. This has been a horrendous experience, but having someone like Jeff handling everything has made things so much easier. I cannot recommend enough.

As a local insurance agent in Wilmington, I have referred RestorePro to several customers. All of my customers have had nothing but great things to say about their experience with RestorePro, so last week when a water supply line malfunctioned and poured a large amount of water on my agency's floor, I made a call to Tammy. Within an hour Austin arrived and immediately got to work. He took moisture readings and set up drying fans and dehumidifiers. Later that day Rayford and Alex stopped by to check on the progress. Rayford took the time to explain my options then create a gameplan to correct the issue with the least amount of disruption to my business. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that!! They followed up with me throughout the process and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. 5 stars actually seems low for the service, professionalism and results that we received from RestorePro Reconstruction.

We recently had our house repaired by Restore Pro Reconstruction after experiencing fire damage, and I can't say enough good things about them! From start to finish, they were communicative and timely with all the information. They completed quality work, and the crew was fantastic to work with. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of restoration work.

My insurance company recommended RestorePro following a hidden leak in the master bathroom which caused major damage before it was detected. Started working with Jamie Woods, who was great.

I had gut-renovated the three-room bathroom 2 1/2 years before the leak. It was a fully custom job, including custom made cabinet work. So not a typical job.

Much of what RestorePro did was good work; I particularly appreciated that the custom vanity was carefully diaassembled and rebuilt, and the large floor tiles were seamlessly replaced where the subfloor was damaged. Also the painter did an excellent job.

However the custom-sized walk-in shower and a few other small areas were not rebuilt correctly. This was a serious issue because of a recent major injury I sustained which made the rebuilt shower unsafe for me to use. The company did agree and accepted responsibility. Unfortunately it took significant time and back-and-forth to resolve the issues and have the work corrected. But shout out to Jamie Woods, who was terrific helping to navigate through the issues, and in the end I am satisfied with the resolution.
